Went here to to eat with my partner, we sat on the terrace, our waitress came to serve us, seemed to already have an attitude of some sort when I was asking some questions regarding the menu, like for example, why they are no mention of soft drinks on the menu & a few other things, she didn't seemed too friendly with us, we both ordered Greek salads, when it came to getting a good service from the waitress, it was completely no the case, she never offered to bring us any pita bread, which should be accompanied with a Greek salad, usually bread comes with it, because customers most of the time eat both together, may partner & I never eat without any pita. The waitress never came to our table to ask us if everything was ok, she completely disappeared for some time. The service played a big factor , in which, it was lacking tremendously, I would not recommend this place at all.
At first I thought it was going to be expensive, but the prices were actually pretty fair & the portions were huge, the food was also very good & tasty, would definitely come & eat here again when I come back to visit. The staff & food & prices was 10/10.

Le décor est très différent ça fait cabane à sucre/montagne. Bonne nourriture avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Plusieurs plats variés (burgers, wraps, poutine, etc.) La musique était bonne!
Très belle endroit, décoration intérieure impressionnante avec 3 arbres & le ciel étoilé. Nous avons manges burgers & des ailes. Tout était très bon, des bonnes portions. La poutine au boeuf fumé fût notre coup de coeur, suivi du burger du Shack. Service extrêmement rapide, peut être un peu trop, on sentait que ça allait très vite. Dans l'ensemble, mérite plus que la note de 3.8 attribué de Google. Je dirais plus 4.1- 4.2.
My husband sent back uncooked salmon...for a new salmon peice to come back uncooked again. Our waitress said it happened a couple of times that day..did not eat anything off our plate yet still charged full price. Fries were horrible. The only thing good here was the water.

Le gérant de service était complètement dépassé. Même pour faire une simple facture, cela semblait trop compliqué. J'ai demandé une facture & on m'en a remis une autre avec un montant plus élevé, incluant plusieurs articles que nous n'avions jamais commandés.
Je conseille à tous les clients de vérifier attentivement leur facture avant de payer.
C'est vraiment dommage pour un restaurant situé dans un endroit aussi magnifique que Mont-Tremblant. Avec un meilleur service à la clientèle & un personnel plus compétent & motivé, cet établissement aurait beaucoup plus de potentiel. En l'état actuel, l'expérience a été très décevante.
