Service sérieusement à revoir. Notre serveuse a été d'un désagréable… On s'est adressé a elle à plusieurs reprises & elle a tout bonnement tourné la tête en passant à côté de nous en nous ignorant délibérément alors qu'elle nous a clairement entendu. Très sèche dans sa manière de nous parler & de nous faire comprendre que ma mère ayant utilisé un terme anglais présent sur la carte au lieu de dire en français était bien mal venu. Pas du tout une belle expérience.

Visited the place for lunch with my family. Ordered the special shack burger, came with French fries. No taste on the burger & the fries were burnt. We also had chicken strips & bbq chicken both were very dry & tasteless. The beer was good. The service at the table was great.

La nourriture est bonne, l'endroit agréable & les prix abordables pour la qualité. Cependant, le service était moins accueillant qu'espéré. Aussi, lorsqu'il est venu le moment de payer, la serveuse eu une réaction negative en voyant le tip laisser. Elle nous a expliqué d'un ton de voix sec comment tiper, alors qu'on connaît déjà le concept. Nous nous sommes sentis mal à l'aise & forcé à tiper puisqu'elle nous regardait de façons intenses. Nous sommes donc parti avec un sentiment de culpabilité & sans tiper puisqu'elle n'acceptais pas le montant laissée. Dommage
