The service was slow to get in & then also slow to take our order. The order wasn't 100% accurate, but I should say that once I told them we were in a hurry, they did bring the food out quickly. The poutine was decent, the nachos were average & the ceasar salad was pretty good as well. All items definately subject to the tourist tax (in addition to the legit 15% tax on everything, plus an additional 3% for something else).. But that's everywhere there. Overall, the experience was pleasant & eating outside on the mountain is always great.
What a great experience. We were a table of 26 people! Our waitress, Isabelle, was outstanding. She handled all 26 people, including 14 children, without really any help at all (aside from the kid who dropped a poutine on us...accidents happen).
She was like a drill sergeant. She made 6 separate checks for 6 separate families. Took orders by family. Even split appetizers across multiple checks. 26 people & just a breeze to order & pay separately. Really impressive.
The food was fine. Drinks were fine. Some things better than others. It's a bar on the mountain, so don't get the Greek salad with salmon, get the burger or poutine or both. The kids liked the chicken tenders, pasta, mac & cheese, & burger.
Smoked meat poutine was solid. Not the best ever , but still pretty good. Would get it again.
Worth noting....kids meals are super small. I should've ordered adult meals for my kids & they are not big eaters. I ended up having to order 2 kids meals for each of them (I hate 32 CAD of plain pasta...but that's on me, not them).
Summary: worth going, amazing service, solid food
Les poutines sont excellentes ainsi que le jus de pomme, j'ai adoré
Food was good, we had burgers & poutine. A little disappointing the gravy was not hot enough to melt the curd. Quebec being known for poutine & being in a ski village I expected a higher caliper on the basic poutine. Burgers great, add ons very expensive, & calamari was okay but I wasn't expecting it to be fantastic.
I'd eat here again 😋.
Bonne poutine, burger sympa. Bonne ambiance. Au pied des pistes des mont tremblant. Franchement à faire
Great apres ski place, the nachos are good, great poutine aswell, they know what they are doing over there
Best part is the location & ambiance.
For $34 before tax, the burger & poutine was filling but definitely overpriced ski resort food.
Definitely a long wait for the kitchen.
This place is awesome! Visited during the Blues Festival, while the Resort Village was hopping. The service was awesome (Gen Bou is super-fun), & the food was great. We had the Club sandwich (with poutine upgrade), & the Flying Mile Chicken Sandwich, & they were both great. The Chocolate Cake melts in your mouth.
There is a nice selection of Québec craft beers, & the staff made great recommendations. The patio has a super-cool vibe!
Take the one-star reviews with a MASSIVE grain of salt. This place is a GEM!
