I had such a good time on new years, Thomas was my waiter & he was the best ever! He was super kind, positive & gave awesome wine recommendations, truly made my new years memorable. Thank you 😊
I had a lovely meal here with my partner tonight. The food, cocktails, wine & service were outstanding & the restaurant is beautifully decorated. Prices were also very reasonable. Both of us left saying 10/10

Came in very late one night when I was incredibly hungry & in need of a good meal. Ordered a variety of their seafood dishes & was thoroughly impressed. As I often find myself getting off work when most restaurants have closed (excluding casse-crouts, shawarma, & fast food places), this has since become a go-to stop for me, & I have yet to be disappointed. On that first night that I came in , I also had the pleasure of meeting the gentleman who made my food (Cieran / Kieran, not sure about the spelling honestly) who - on top of having prepared some excellent bourgots & salmon tartare - was also very kind & hospitable. The same goes for the rest of the staff. No matter how busy it has been, they have always done their best to provide me with a welcoming vibe & a wonderful experience, & every visit so far has been fantastic.
For what it's worth, they also have an excellent cocktail, beer & wine menu.
Decent date spot, good dinner. Locals & tourists. Occasional excellent wine prices, always fun stuff though available. Get the hot dog, new chef is killing it rn
Delicious oysters, amazing fries & an elaborate wine list! This restaurant serves beautiful small plates in a cocktail bar setting featuring moody chandeliers, fun decor & a bustling, noisy ambiance.

Great oyster & wine pairings, & possibly best hot dog I've ever had. Service was adequate although not stellar. Oyster shucker had major attitude & snapped when watching process - entirely unnecessary & ruined meal. Sneakily pricey for setting.
I've been coming here for years for the oysters, whelks, & natural wine, especially the Cantillon lambic, which is tough to find in Montreal. The vibe is warm, the service friendly & down-to-earth. It's one of our go-to spots for starting or ending a date night, & always a great midweek hangout with friends. Definitely worth a visit!

This lively, always-buzzing restaurant strikes the perfect balance between casual charm & refined taste. From the moment you walk in, the eccentric yet meticulously curated décor draws you in - it's an interior worth seeing in itself.
The staff are consistently friendly, upbeat, & efficient, creating an atmosphere that feels both relaxed & energetic. The highlight? Their oysters - fresh, briny, & impeccably shucked. Pair them with their rotating selection of natural wines, & you've got a memorable evening ahead. The menu is inventive & rooted in local flavors, often with a playful twist that reflects the restaurant's fun-loving spirit.
During summer, the outdoor terrace adds even more magic to the experience. That said, reservations are highly recommended - this place fills up fast, especially on weekends.
Whether you're going for a date night, catching up with friends, or just treating yourself, Majestique delivers a unique Montreal dining experience that's equal parts style & substance. It's a must-visit for anyone looking to savor the Plateau's culinary soul.
Good wine collection, a cozy place to chill. Usually very busy during the weekend.

Great mix of different decades of retro music for most of the night, until they decided to make it exclusively Québécois pop, like just mix it in... Lamb brochettes, steak frites, loaded clams, pork flank, & banana cake were all delicious. The fries of the steak frites could be better though. The parfait was disappointing as the crispy bits just weren't crispy, tasted like they had spent too much time in the fridge & got softened by the humidity. The suggested cocktail pairing was perfect though. Wine suggestions from the server worked very well. The chartreuse cocktail & the amaro cocktail were both well balanced. If you're gonna have single door washrooms, they should just be unisex so everyone can use them.
Every time I come i'm blown away by the quality & the culinary skill shown by the dishes. Perfectly balanced, creative & mouth-watering. One of my fave in Montreal. Service has to improve though (got the wrong drinks, wouldn't come to our table to take orders for like one hour, kind of catastrophic not gonna lie), especially for the price you're paying. Maybe just an off night who knows! Good selection of natural wines & beautifully executed cocktails.

We walked by late on a Tuesday looking for a drink & a snack & were stunned by the excellent food, great wine & cocktails, & friendly staff. We kept ordering more food because it was so good. A new favorite!
