Le service est généralement chaleureux et attentif, et le personnel est souvent décrit comme professionnel et accueillant, mais des retards et des soucis en cuisine ou en service surviennent lorsque la salle est très remplie. La terrasse et le cadre extérieur suscitent de nombreuses félicitations et donnent envie de revenir, surtout en été, même si le rapport qualité prix et l'homogénéité de la cuisine font l'objet de réserves chez certains clients.
Aucune cote levee ni short rib alors que c'est leur specialite. Steak de mauvaise qualite & aucunement saisie. Aucune grillade disponible. Service sans facon qui nous confirme la baisse de qualite du restaurant depuis la vente. Tres decu de l'experience generale.
Wow !!! Première fois pour nous hier soir, une découverte remarquable ! Notre serveuse Amandine à su répondre à toutes nos questions & la nourriture était plus qu’excellente ! Je metterais 10/10 si je pouvais. Déjà hâte au prochain souper ! 😍

We had a good experience the night before at Janick so when we found it closed on Sunday Oct. 8 we decided to try this place. My wife who is Jamaican noticed that the man on the table next to us was looking at us disapprovingly as we were seated, but we did not guess why. We ordered 2 glasses of rose wine as an aperitif before dinner. Immediately a commotion began with the same couple seated next to us. They appeared to be quarreling & the man very angrily got up & carried his plate to another table on the other side of the room with the woman following reluctantly. They dropped cutlery on the floor as they left. We could only conclude that their flight was an act of blatant racism & feeling unwelcome, we decided to leave immediately without even waiting for the wine. I felt shame because I am from Quebec & apologized to my wife. Of course the incident was not directly the fault of the restaurant or its management but it is a shame that this kind of overt racism still exists in 2023.
We treated ourselves as a family (2 adults 2 kids) with a sunset view.
Very beautiful but the service was slow, our drinks never came when we ordered them with the food. We enjoyed the view & ate the food.
Filet steak was nice but we had no wine to enjoy it with, even after asking a second time. Ribs were average & quite dry with no sauce. Service never checked on us either.
We had to leave to the front to get served for the bill to pay. On the way out we saw a high chair that wasn’t offered & there was no apology for not serving the drinks just a blank expression. The wine was on the bill that we had to asked for it to be removed & they never placed the order for the other drink.
We can say we’ve finally been but probably won’t go back which is a shame because it’s a prime spot. For the experience it’s also very highly priced for the quality.
Fix the service & food quality or succumb to being another dying restaurant in the area sadly.
Le serveur etait tres comvivial, amusant & sympathique. La nourriture etait excellente. J'aimerais bien & retourner de jour pour admirer le paysage que nous offre la terrasse avec la vue sur l'eau & le mont st-hilaire si je ne me trompe pas.
The restaurant is located on the riverside, beautiful view. However, the service is very slow & the waitress passed by our table several times before even addressing us. The food was very mediocre & depressing. I would not recommend for dinner but it’s a great place for drinks & cocktails with a view.
The experience was excellent. However, we waited for about 10 minutes after being seated to view menus.
The mixed platter food was amazing, but the side dishes were slightly bland, & we didn't get any mashed sweet potato.

I booked a table for four & they gave us the space for 2 people.
Food took 2 hours to be served & didn't taste good.
They didn't even bother to check if all was good or to bring water.
Very low quality for an overpriced place.
I gave them a good tip anyways because I imagine the reason may be bad management.
Its the second time I've been there & i don't know what happened but the service is worse than ever. Our order took more than 2 hours to arrive & we were so hungry that we almost left to go somewhere else. I live in Beloeil & we chose the restaurant because we knew our 2 visitors would love there but then this happened. Also the food was not so good as it was the first time & the shirt ribs was not available!!!! but the view & the environment is excellent.
Please take this complaint seriously ... the restaurant is very nice but take a look on the service... there were a lot of people complaining about the order time as well.
Nous avons fêté les 50 ans de mon conjoint, nous étions un groupe de près de 25 personnes & le service avant, ainsi que pendant l'événement a été impeccable.
Super expérience. Nous étions un groupe de six & la serveuse était vraiment superbe. La nourriture était excellente, ma tante disait même vouloir revenir le lendemain tellement c'était bon.

Le temps de service est vraiment très très long. Coût versus produit dans l'assiette à diminuer. C'était vraiment meilleur avant. L'expérience n'est plus ce qu'elle était auparavant pour ce resto. Désolé j'étais une fan avant .... plus maintenant.
