Delicious food, amazing wine, exceptional atmosphere. Our server Tom was incredible. All the other servers assisting were amazing. Beautiful decor. We visited some amazing restaurants during our stay, but Le Boulevardier was hands down the best experience in all categories. This restaurant is a must-visit.
Nous avons été lors de Montréal à table, & malheureusement nous avons été décus. Le menu était beaucoup trop restreint, environ 5 choix, & 4 sur 5 étaient des choix particuliers, morue, pintade, tartare de boeuf & un autre qui m'échappe.
Si vous n'aimez pas ces choix particuliers, on vous proposera le menu pour enfants, hamburger ou pates beurre ou crème. Si vous insistez un peu comme moi, le seul item sera tartare de saumon, très ordinaire malheureusement. Le service était bon au niveau de l'eau, des ustensiles & plats sales, mais les serveurs sont mélangés vous demandant le choix de votre dessert alors que vous n'avez pas encore eu votre plat principal. Puis la serveuse arrive avec sa machine à faire payer alors que vous êtes en train de parler & votre carte n'est pas sur la table. Les détails font que les gens reviennent.
Excellent food & presentation! We went for the MTL a Tbl menu & were not disappointed with our choices. Which were the beet salad, the beef tartare & our main was the the agnolotti de pintade & beef ribs. We ordered all three desserts which are also delicious. The sommelier was very knowledgeable on helping us select our wine. However the level of service was not at the standard of the food. The servers need a bit more training, there was a very long gap between our appetizers & main course. very slowwww, also the bread basket was left on the table the whole time even after being served desserts. Very nice vibe in the restaurant & thankfully the music level & choice was conducive to dinner conversation.
We hope they succeed & continue to prepare delicious food.

Belle découverte que ce restaurant qui répond aux normes élevées d'excellence des hôtels Germain. Mon conjoint & moi avons opté pour le menu MTL à table, d'un rapport-prix exceptionnel. Petit bémol, ce menu n'est pas offert d'emblée, il faut le demander. C'est d'autant plus dommage que nous avons découvert ce restaurant sur la liste des restos participant à MTL à table. &, ce qui est maintenant rare dans les restaurants de Montréal, le prix des vins est raisonnable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce beau restaurant au décor chic & à la cuisine savoureuse.
