The menu is verbal only which is fine since it's so simple. The brisket was a bit dry but the pulled pork & pork rib were really good! The service was very fast & the sides were good.
Stumbled upon this gem, the brisket, beef ribs & chicken was amazing, delicious, tender, & flavourful! The sides of coleslaw, Mac n cheese & baked beans were also delicious & flavourful ! The staff were friendly, & were great fun! Highly recommend this place for a wonderful experience! 'Can we get a pitcher of the water?'
Une envie de barbecue texan m'a poussé à aller tester le Lattuca - & que dire à part que je reste sur ma faim dans tous les sens du terme. Une fois les taxes & le pourboire ajouté, le plateau avec 2 viandes & 2 accompagnements revient à environ 45$. Les portions sont petites, le tout est servi à peine tiède, le brisket est trop cuit, les fèves semblent sorties d'une conserve, même le mac&cheese est décevant, seul le porc effiloché tire son épingle du jeu. Niveau ambiance c'est bien triste pour une soirée d'été, la musique est à peine audible, le lieu manque de décoration. Bref, je ne le recommande pas du tout!
Brisket tasted like Jesus's sandal & the macaroni & cheese was a sloppy watery mess, however the Smoked beans were genuinely life changing. I can go on & on & on about how delicious these beans were, I am honestly considering bringing my partner just to eat a bunch of beans. The poor patrons that night haha!
Great food, great service, reasonable price (given the portions!). I'm not an expert on BBQ but the meat was delicious, particularly the brisket. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the food very much & was very pleased & honored to meet the owner himself who was down to earth, & a gentleman . & we will be back, & we will bring more people with us.
Had dinner here with my sister a few nights ago & the food was amazing. Everything was so tasty & fell right from the bone. Also the staff were super nice & accommodating. Would definitely come back anytime :)
Lattuca Barbecue totally exceeded my expectations! I originally made a reservation for 3 people but our group ended up doubling last minute 😅, & I was so nervous we'd have to find another spot-especially with it being Grand Prix Weekend. But the staff was super accommodating & got us in with no problem at all. Huge relief!
We had an awesome view of the cars going by & the port, which just added to the whole vibe. As someone from Texas, I'm pretty particular about BBQ, but I have to say-this place nailed it. The brisket was hands down my favorite-so tender & flavorful. Everything we tried was delicious.
Great food, great service, & a chill atmosphere even during a busy weekend. Definitely recommend if you're in Montreal & craving legit BBQ!
Both ribs (beef & porc) were really amazing. By far the best I had in town. The sides, the pulled pork & the service however are really not as good (service a bit slow with no water refill, pork a little dry & lacking flavour other than smoked). Id definitely go again for those awesome ribs though, they are truly top quality.

I'm not the type of leave reviews person, however this is the first time I'm confident to say I've tried the best product I've ever had in my entire life. The Brisket was a magnificent experience. I've been trying brisket from my home country El Salvador, from NYC & from Ireland & this is by far, a life changing experience. If you want to have the same feeling of (first time best experience ever) Please go to Lattuca if you ever visit Montreal. John was such a nice person that you feel like if you'd met him from you whole life. Please try this place & tell me if you agree with my comments. Hope to go back there soon.
Nourriture très bonne. Le plat au poulet était succulent. Les serveuses étaient professionnelles en particulier Ines.
À faire si vous passez au vieux port !
L'ambiance était géniale ! Les serveuses très attentives & gentilles & la nourriture était vraiment bonne. Le service d'Inès était vraiment 10/10 attentionnée & très professionnelle !

Horrible service!! Reserved for 2 at 6pm, arrived at 5:58, only to receive our food after an hour & a half, when tables who arrived after us received their order around 7pm. We had to call the waitress twice, & obviously they completely forgot our order.
Beef ribs were burnt & super salty on the outside, but bland to no taste in the inside. Brisket was okay, tender & at least evenly salty, but that's it, no other flavor. The only flavorful thing was the mac & cheese.
Also, during our entire visit, our cup didn't get refilled not even once, I was so thirsty at the end that I started eating ice :)
