Nous sommes passés en vélo (partit du Parc Yamaska) par ce très bon petit restaurant à Bromont, super belle ambiance & surtout la nourriture & service impeccable ! Si vous cherchez un endroit unique, je vous le recommande sans hésitation.

Un goût d'Alsace au Québec enfinnnnn...
Le menu est remplit de déclinaisons de Flammekueches.. c'est adapté au Québec & c'est super. L'accueil est super &... au final lorsqu'on reçoit la facture... ce n'est pas cher... moi j'ai adoré. J'ai fait le voyage depuis Lachute. Aucun regret bien au contraire.. pour moins cher qu'une pizza : n'hésitez pas... en temps qu'Alsacien je vous suggère en premier une régulière puis une gratinée puis une forestière puis une Vosgienne.. tout est dans la progression... accompagnées d'un pinot blanc vous vous sentirez comme là-bas. Perso celle à la raclette est très bonne mais pas très alsacienne.. mais je dis'très bonne' pour les Savoyards pour ne pas me faire blaster pas eux... L'Ami Fritz : Merciiiii dommage que vous soyez si loin le Lachute... lol :)

Belle découverte hier à Bromont chez l'Ami Fritz. Nouveau mot dans notre vocabulaire & nouvelle saveur inédite pour le palais. Flammekueche (tarte flambée) mot & mets Alsacien. Ça ne ressemble en rien à ce que nous connaissions. Ce goût est vraiment unique. La carte offre plusieurs choix que nous avons partagés & tous sont unanimes sur la recommandation. La Flammekueche repas ou dessert. Chacun y trouvera sa palette de goût c'est assuré😉
