We visited l'Ami Fritz right after Sophie & her partner took over ownership, & we had a lovely experience. The flammekeuche were really delicious, & the hospitality we experienced was so welcoming & genuine. We were really touched by the chef coming out to inquire if he could replace the lardons with a veggie mix for my vegetarian husband. We eidh Sophie & her chef-partner the best in this endeavor & hope to come back next time we're in Bromont!

Calme mais chaleureux. Prix justes dans un Bromont surfait. Constant, amical, raffiné. Les enfants adorent & c'est largement plus intéressant que ce qui existe dans le coin.

Nous avons passé deux semaines à Bromont & avons été amusés par l'enseigne de l'ami Fritz. Nous sommes alsaciens & n'avons pu résister à l'envie d'y faire un saut pour y manger une tarte flambée. Tout ce que je peux dire c'est que l'ami Fritz rend honneur à l'Alsace & à sa culture. Le lieu a tous les codes de la Winstub alsacienne. La tarte flambée y est délicieuse. Bravo

La nourriture est parfaite, mais le service est spécial... Nous demandions des questions au serveur sur le restaurant pour bien commencer notre souper... Il nous as répondu vous avez pas l'ai d'être a la bonne place vous pouvez partir & regarde sur internet pour nous connaître... Assez ordinaire... Une chance que tout les autres restaurants de Bromont était complet

Je part souvent de Boucherville les fins de semaine simplement pour aller manger chez l'Ami Fritz... Chaque fois je me rapelle de mon voyage en Alsace. Les flammekueche sont authentiques & délicieuses & que dire des importations de vins & du service. Un petit trésor à découvrir si vous allez à Bromont. Je reviens bientôt ;)
