We visited l'Ami Fritz right after Sophie & her partner took over ownership, & we had a lovely experience. The flammekeuche were really delicious, & the hospitality we experienced was so welcoming & genuine. We were really touched by the chef coming out to inquire if he could replace the lardons with a veggie mix for my vegetarian husband. We eidh Sophie & her chef-partner the best in this endeavor & hope to come back next time we're in Bromont!

I never had this dish before & the more I ate it the more I loved it. I recommend La Vosgienne, the cheese pairs very well with the sauce & smoked lardons

Tout d'abord la pancarte défense d'entrer porte à confusion puisque de la rue principale on ne voit pas le texte en-dessous. Deuxièmement, ils sont incapable de mettre à jour leur heures d'ouvertures sur Google.

L'endroit est maintenant FERMÉ.

À la hauteur de mes attentes! L'odeur ne trompe pas en entrant, ce sont bien des flamms comme en Alsace qui sont servies ici, & les variantes restent dans l'esprit de la recette originale! Le tout pour un prix raisonnable. Merci pour ce moment de nostalgie!!
