Expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Dès l'arrivée, l'ambiance nous met dans le ton : chaleureuse, soignée & invitante.
Les plats sont tout simplement remarquables. Chaque bouchée démontre une vraie maîtrise en cuisine - des saveurs équilibrées, des ingrédients frais & une présentation impeccable. On sent la passion derrière chaque assiette.
Mention spéciale pour la qualité des produits & la constance dans l'exécution. Ce n'est pas juste un bon repas, c'est une expérience culinaire qu'on a envie de revivre.

Les flammekueches & le thé maison étaient délicieux ! & le personnel vraiment sympathique. Le tout pour un prix raisonnable & fait avec des ingrédients de qualité. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

Une carte sobre & minimaliste avec des produits de qualité, tant du terroir Alsacien que Québécois. Ne cherchez pas de burger ou de salades, seul des tartes flambées y sont servies. Le propriétaire est un amoureux de ses origines & il saura parfaitement vous le transmettre dans sa cuisine & son restaurant, sans prétention & si chaleureux.

Délicieux. En tant qu'alsacien d'origine, je confirme que les tartes flambées sont délicieuses & quasiment de la qualité qu'on trouve en Alsace. Le personnel est top. Je recomnande.
