Meilleure place en Estrie & peut-être même au Québec pour déguster une Flammekueche ou tarte flambée ! & l'accueil est toujours des plus agréable. Nous y revenons régulièrement pour un souper à l'alsacienne & pour l'ambiance chaleureuse. Hier c'était la Flammekueche printanière avec saucisses qui était vraiment délicieuse. & à ne pas manquer aussi les bretzels du dimanche matin. Merci l'ami Fritz !

Les flammekueches & le thé maison étaient délicieux ! & le personnel vraiment sympathique. Le tout pour un prix raisonnable & fait avec des ingrédients de qualité. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

Juste excellent, le voyage culinaire est assuré! Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli & servi, & avons dégusté leurs délicieuses tartes flambées! Les desserts sont également délicieux! Petite mention au chef fort sympathique qui nous a vraiment régalé!! Fortement recommandé, on y reviendra pour sûr! Ps: la carte des vins est également aux couleurs de la région!!
