Décorations très mignonnes & ambiance parfaite pour prendre de belles photos du temps des Fêtes. Cela dit, pour le reste, mon expérience a été plutôt mitigée.
L'attente de 1 h 45 au froid ne valait malheureusement pas le menu, selon moi. Le concept est intéressant, mais le fonctionnement gagnerait vraiment à être amélioré.
Les drinks étaient corrects, sans plus. J'ai toutefois apprécié les desserts.
À essayer une seule fois, surtout si vous êtes patients & principalement pour les photos.
If you're going for the vibe & full-on Christmas atmosphere, you'll love this place. It's an absolute Christmas explosion-& I'm completely here for it. Super cozy & heavily decorated, with something fun to look at in every corner. Pro tip: try to snag the couch facing the bar-it's the best seat in the house.
My friends & I (group of 4) went on a Sunday around noon & waited about 40 minutes. The line itself wasn't too bad, but it did seem like they prioritized groups of three.
As long as you know what you're signing up for (a long wait & overpriced drinks) & you're there mainly for the experience, you'll 100% love it. 🎄✨
Drinks are gross, they can't even make a hot chocolate right. Decor looks very cheap, service is extremely bad. Don't understand why they're still in business.
Reading everyone's experiences, I expected a long wait, but actually we waited only about 15 minutes & I loved the decor & the drinks! The pizza was yummy too. The service wasn't the fastest but why go to a café if you're in a rush.

Par contre, on a attendu un bon 2h dehors dans la ligne d'attente (un lundi à 19:00 environ) à -20 degré. les employés prenaient leur pause cigarette alors que de nombreuses tables se libéraient, ils prenaient leur temps pour nous asseoir. Pas superbe comme service.
Ensuite, on entre à l'intérieur, ça prend un autre 20 min avant que quelqu'un vienne nous voir à notre table pour nous saluer & prendre notre commande. Les drinks étaient au final vraiment pas bons.
Venez pour le vibe & le look mais attendez vous à rien de plus.

Food & drink wise not the best, however. I would recommend to avoid the gingerbread drink, it tastes exactly like a ginger shot & was not drinkable for me.
The hot chocolate was good, not too chocolatey & the marshmallow was perfect.
It's very pretty but wasn't worth it at all for me. My friends & I went on a Saturday night in early December & waited 2h45 outside without any estimation on how long we would have to wait. The food & drinks were mediocre & everything is extremely overpriced. The service was okay but I expected a bit more after freezing outside for so long.
We waited about 45 minutes in line to get into the bar, which honestly wasn't a problem. we expected it & were excited to go. Once inside, though, the service sucked.
It took another 35-40 minutes before we were even able to place our drink order, & then an additional 10-15 minutes after that to actually receive our drinks. Altogether, we waited close to 50 minutes just for service.
When I politely asked our waitress if she thought our drinks would be coming out soon, she walked away & rolled her eyes. Shortly after, I could clearly hear her complaining about my comment to another waitress. If you're going to talk negatively about customers, at least make sure they can't hear you.
Unfortunately, there was absolutely no Christmas spirit in her attitude. I guess every Christmas bar has a Grinch.
meilleur service par théo HOUDY i came yesterday & he made the BEST DRINKS. Un artiste qui partage son art. Bravo. & que dire, que dire sans parler de Clément ; un cuisinier au sommet de son art, des pizzas dignes de NAAAAPLE, (je reviens en échange d'italie donc je coco les bhays), des hotdogs je me croyais aa time square, c'etait un des meilleurs moment de ma vie, merci le petit dep, merci la vie

The male barista was extremely rude. I didn't hear him call my drink & when I finally did, he yelled at me that he'd be calling it 15 minutes. So embarrassing, especially considering I'm hard of hearing.
We wanted to go there because of the hype on the social media. We waited 30 min to go inside. Yes, the place is really beautiful, we gotta give them that. The staff was friendly, but there's no table service, its just a counter, so it was long before we got our drinks. The hot chocolate (that costed me 9$!) tasted water, & the drinks (18$) were really basic. I don't understand the other reviews that says it was great. Not worth the hype...
Really disappointed with my visit. I ordered two hot chocolates & waited over an hour, even though the café wasn't busy. I kept asking politely if my order had been forgotten & was ignored or answered rudely. After countless asks, someone finally realized the order had never been put in. I got my drinks almost twenty minutes later, paid full price, & the hot chocolate wasn't even good. Definitely not the Christmas spirit this place claims to have.
The ambience was very festive, decoration gets most of the stars. Some of the themed drinks were good, some others tasted like not much. There were a lot of people working, not very clear who our server was as they would often vanish & we had to really get their attention to order (they seemed a bit lost, we did give them grace). There was a line outside, so it made it more confusing as to why it took so long for us to order anything & then even longer to receive our orders. Now get this. We are finishing our pizzas (they were OK). More drinks are supposed to be on their way. & then suddenly, a waitress comes to pressure us to wrap up because people are waiting. The sense of sudden urgency was a little unsettling, maybe tell your team to be more efficient? So I explained my side. We've been there for 2 hours, half of that time was us waiting to order & then waiting for our orders. & we are waiting for 3 drinks. The woman apologized.
I'm not one to write bad reviews, but have I not seen how third of their team was not proactive at all, & then receiving negative energy because of THEIR poor staff management was not okay.
Préparez-vous à attendre pour ce petit restaurant. Nous savions déjà que ça allait être le cas, donc pas de surprise de ce côté.
Les drinks étaient bcp moins festifs qu'on aurait aimé, & la pizza poutine… que dire de la pizza poutine. Pas mauvaise en soi, mais lorsqu'on s'attend à ça, on risque d'être déçu. Ça ressemble plutôt à une pizza style'raclette' avec du fromage peu goûteux.
Sinon, le service était super rapide & on a aimé l'expérience en général, mais n'arrivez pas là avec de grosses attentes.
Giving 1 star for the atmosphere decorations - but the fact it wasn't all Christmas music being played kind of ruined that a bit.
Drinks where ok but way overpriced for what they were.
Waited 1.5h on a Saturday night then 10min once seated to have our order taken.
Food we asked the table next to us & they said skip it.
Overall if the food & drinks were better the place looks amazing!
What an amazing experience! The decorations are enchanting, the drinks are delicious, & the staff are incredible! I recommend anyone in the area to check this place out! It really gets you in the Christmas spirit!
Mixed bag.
I appreciated them bringing hot tea to everyone in line, the decorations were really fun, & the range of creative cocktails was great! On the negative side, the service was not good. Every server we talked to was having their first day & struggling with their order/billing system. When we tried to help the waiter sort out the bill, it became clear that orders were entered incorrectly & the bill was a mess. Very few non-alcoholic drinks on offer. Some cocktails can be made without alcohol according to the menu, but requesting this was confusing for waitstaff. Overall a nice concept, but please give your staff more training before putting them out on a busy Friday night.
Very cute spot for a hot drink & snack. With the snow falling outside you can't get a better atmosphere.
We've been looking forward to visiting with the kids but unfortunately won't be returning. The place is beautifully decorated & really gives you that cozy Christmas vibe. We expected & understood the long wait but the food & drinks were super disappointing. The sweets tasted stale, dessert wasn't fresh, the hot chocolates really didn't taste good. Our waitress forgot half of our order. Really not what we were hoping for!
