The beef tartare was good but the steak frites left much to be desired. The'homemade' fries were overcooked & tasteless, certainly not fresh. That said, the staff did ask how things were but I did not let them know there was an issue.View more
Lovely place, second time there with friends. Love the lamb, shrimp pasta got rave reviews. Pepper steak did not get as high a review & not all the plates were warm enough.View more
The lamb & steak are top notch, better than lot of NYC restaurantsView more
View more
To tell you the truth Staff were very friendly. Food excellent. I was alone spending $215 before tip & no one came to check if my Potage was ok, my foie gras or my flank steak To me since I worked in the business over 30 years it's a combination of Food, Service & atmosphere First & last on that list were perfect The service was negligent & disappointing.View more
What a beautiful place! The view was gorgeous & the interior was pleasant & warm. Everything we ate was delicious. The beef cheek was superbly tender & juicy. Pepper steak was cooked to perfection & mouthwatering. Key lime pie was the star of the show; with gorgeous presentation & excellent bursts of lime with each bite. Apple tart, when warmed, was lukewarm but still tasty & exactly what was expected. The thin slices of apple were a nice touch. Service was hectic; we had to request various needed items throughout the meal, including refills on our water. The waiter that helped us most of the time was polite, & it was nice to see him be chatty with other, regular customers. A great recommendation from our hotel. We will definitely be by again to enjoy your wonderful food!View more
would like to thank @restaurantlapetite for inviting us to have a fantastic meal last night! This is one restaurant that shouldn't be "hidden" from your must try restaurants in Tremblant. No more than 5 minute drive from Mont Tremblant. La Petite Cachee is a wonderful feast with an ambience that matches its cuisine. As you enter you are welcome as you would be at a friend's chalet. Everything you eat is better than the last. Their drink menu is full of classics & new creations & has a large unique alcohol free section that won't make you feel like you're missing out. I think I have figured out the perfect plan. Entree of Scallops, main dish of 1/2 rack of lamb (best lamb I have ever had in my life!), followed by their key lime pie. It was absolutely perfection! We tried many things on their menu each had their own amazing flavours, & did not disappoint - meaning you could return again & again, & never get bored. Esspically with their specials of the day, & seasonal flair. The Escargot Cassoulet was unique & so yummy, as was their cod, homemade vanilla gnocchi, & their flank steak were all crowd pleasers. All of their ice creams & sorbets are made in house, & are well worth a try. But that key lime pie! Oh My God! I'm upset I had to share it, even I ate most of it! 😋View more
The place is beautiful & cozy. The food was very good as well & service was outstanding. We tried the onion soup which was perfect. The ribs & steak were really good. I was a little disappointed with the cod though but ended with a great note with the key lime pie. We tried the chocolate dessert but the key lime pie was the winner as our excellent waiter suggested.View more
Our experience at LA PETITE CACHÉE was fantastic! The decor with a central fireplace & a charming wine cellar created a beautiful atmosphere, & the attention to detail was impressive. Our waitress, Julie, was amazing – always smiling, patient, & polite.
The food was the highlight of our Mont Tremblant trip. The steak was cooked to perfection, & we highly recommend the duck & vegetable risotto, gnocchi, pear salad, & onion soup. Every dish was a culinary delight. & don't miss the key lime pie – it's a true piece of art! Overall, a must-visit for an exceptional dining experience.

Please try to have some better quality meat options . Our steak was very chewy & tough to eat. Would have preferred this meal with vegetables & mashed potatoes than just fries.
We enjoyed our meal at this lovely restaurant. The ambiance is warm & welcoming as was our waitress/servers. Our starters were gnocchis, pear salad & soup of the day, entrees were steak frites, risotto with shrimp, cod & sirloin strip. All delicious & well prepared. Our only mistake was sharing the chocolate cake & key lime pie, we should have gotten our own!! Wonderful relaxing meal to end the day. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our time & especially the service provided by Anie & supporting staff. I was a bit disappointed with the Beauvette steak. I ordered it medium rare but it was really hard to cut it - mostly, I think having appropriate cutlery for steaks would have helped, but at one point I felt like I was ‘battling' my food.
Other than that, the desserts we ordered were outstanding - both the key lime pie & pistacchio mousse were a delight. Would definitely come back.
Great steak it was delicious, its a little bit expensive, wish they could offer something else with the fries not just steak & fries. Because the fries & steak portion were small. So suggestion maybe include some salad or another side meal that could make it feel complete. But the steak medium-rare was amazingly tasty⭐⭐⭐⭐View more
Excellent menu & choices. Ribs, fish & Bavette steak were wonderful. Service was excellent. Highly recommend
Really warm & attentive staff. Food was delicious. One of the best French onion soups I can recall. Panzanella salad was positively unique & full of tangy flavour. Burrata salad was well balanced & fresh. We tried the Panko crusted tuna starter which was delicious. My ribs were fabulous. The steak was a bit too cool & could have used more salt. The salmon was satisfying. My husband's braised beef Bourgogne was memorable. very warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Excellent wine list, well priced. Will return =)
We always dine here when we visit Mt Tremblant. The atmosphere is cosy & welcoming with a fire blazing in a field stone fireplace .Staff were friendly & attentive & this all adds to the fabulous meals prepared here. The menu had so many delicious choices we had a difficult time choosing but I had the lamb special that night & my husband enjoyed the flank steak. All cooked to perfection & presented artistically . I highly recommend you make a reservation . You won't be disappointed. Cathy
One of the few restaurants open on Sundays in Tremblant. The restaurant was full & personnel tried their best. Some appetizers were excellent: cerviche, mushroom soup. Meat entrees were over cooked e. g; duck & flank steak but quality of meat good. Fish was very good. Overall cannot be qualified as gastronomic.
