We brought our 3 kids (we like to treat them to one high class dining experience when we are on vacation). The kids meals were prepared with lots of care, which I feel is very rare. The kids had salmon & chicken, which were both excellent. Our teenager had a very nice filet mignon. My wife had the risotto & I the sea bass special, & we all shared a pear & arugula salad & the French onion soup, which was seasoned perfectly. For dessert we shared sorbet & a slice of key lime pie, which was also amazing & highly recommended by our waiter (he threw down the gauntlet claiming it may be the best in the world, & I can't disagree)! I wish we lived close enough to try all the delicious items on the menu (up from Florida), but I hope we are back very soon!View more
Great place! The good is excellent, waiting staff friendly & attentive & the atmosphere was really nice. I had the salmon starter which was really fresh tasting &
tender, followed by ribs (really tasty marinade) & key lime pie (also delicious). They had a great selection of beers including good non alcoholic ones.View more
It's very cozy & cute restaurant to finish the weekend. Food is okay, nothing special to be honest. I expect the'yummmm!' sound at that price point which I didn't get. That's why giving 4 stars. To give more content, here is what we had: 2 french onion soups, 1 fillet mignon, 1 cote de beuf, 1 key lime pie, 1 bottle of red wine($65), the total amount was around $280. We get a fine dining experience with this kind of price point usually.View more
Excellent food & service! The rack of lamb & duck breast were amazing. You have to try the key lime pie for dessert!View more
Highly recommend the key lime pie & bison tartare!View more
What a beautiful place! The view was gorgeous & the interior was pleasant & warm. Everything we ate was delicious. The beef cheek was superbly tender & juicy. Pepper steak was cooked to perfection & mouthwatering. Key lime pie was the star of the show; with gorgeous presentation & excellent bursts of lime with each bite. Apple tart, when warmed, was lukewarm but still tasty & exactly what was expected. The thin slices of apple were a nice touch. Service was hectic; we had to request various needed items throughout the meal, including refills on our water. The waiter that helped us most of the time was polite, & it was nice to see him be chatty with other, regular customers. A great recommendation from our hotel. We will definitely be by again to enjoy your wonderful food!View more
Belle ambiance! Excellent service. Coup de coeur pour l'entrée de pétoncles & la Key lime pie!View more
The waitress was great. Started with the burrata & the Bison tartare. The best part of the burrata dish was the marinated cucumbers, it was tasty. Was a little disappointed the gnocchi wasn't an option... Bison tartare was good...I ordered the ribs & my date had the duck magret. The ribs were okay. They were probably the low point of the meal... the duck was nice with the carrots. Had the key lime pie for dessert. All in all a good meal. Nice view. Great service. Above average atmosphere...View more
What a great spot nestled in the woods... I wished they sold the rib sauce. Our table had the bison carpaccio & Burrata dishes to start followed by lamb, Duck & the ribs. Key lime pie was fantastic, I highly recommend you don't miss out. Book in advance or face potential disappointmentView more
Atmosphere/Ambiance were excellent & the Staff was very friendly. We had an 8:45p reservation & arrived at 8:15p & they accommodated us which was great. Good selection of drinks. Food was real solid in particular the scallops, gnocchi, & the key lime pie dessert. Would definitely come back.View more
would like to thank @restaurantlapetite for inviting us to have a fantastic meal last night! This is one restaurant that shouldn't be "hidden" from your must try restaurants in Tremblant. No more than 5 minute drive from Mont Tremblant. La Petite Cachee is a wonderful feast with an ambience that matches its cuisine. As you enter you are welcome as you would be at a friend's chalet. Everything you eat is better than the last. Their drink menu is full of classics & new creations & has a large unique alcohol free section that won't make you feel like you're missing out. I think I have figured out the perfect plan. Entree of Scallops, main dish of 1/2 rack of lamb (best lamb I have ever had in my life!), followed by their key lime pie. It was absolutely perfection! We tried many things on their menu each had their own amazing flavours, & did not disappoint - meaning you could return again & again, & never get bored. Esspically with their specials of the day, & seasonal flair. The Escargot Cassoulet was unique & so yummy, as was their cod, homemade vanilla gnocchi, & their flank steak were all crowd pleasers. All of their ice creams & sorbets are made in house, & are well worth a try. But that key lime pie! Oh My God! I'm upset I had to share it, even I ate most of it! 😋View more
The place is beautiful & cozy. The food was very good as well & service was outstanding. We tried the onion soup which was perfect. The ribs & steak were really good. I was a little disappointed with the cod though but ended with a great note with the key lime pie. We tried the chocolate dessert but the key lime pie was the winner as our excellent waiter suggested.View more
Our experience at LA PETITE CACHÉE was fantastic! The decor with a central fireplace & a charming wine cellar created a beautiful atmosphere, & the attention to detail was impressive. Our waitress, Julie, was amazing – always smiling, patient, & polite.
The food was the highlight of our Mont Tremblant trip. The steak was cooked to perfection, & we highly recommend the duck & vegetable risotto, gnocchi, pear salad, & onion soup. Every dish was a culinary delight. & don't miss the key lime pie – it's a true piece of art! Overall, a must-visit for an exceptional dining experience.

Everything about our meal was perfect! Highly recommend. Onion soup & key lime pie are must haves. Kid friendly too. Everyone had something different & we all enjoyed. & top notch service on a busy night. Thank you!
We enjoyed our meal at this lovely restaurant. The ambiance is warm & welcoming as was our waitress/servers. Our starters were gnocchis, pear salad & soup of the day, entrees were steak frites, risotto with shrimp, cod & sirloin strip. All delicious & well prepared. Our only mistake was sharing the chocolate cake & key lime pie, we should have gotten our own!! Wonderful relaxing meal to end the day. Highly recommend.
The waiter did smell like second hand smoke. Food was good but the Key Lime dessert that I was told is the best was not even close. The ambiance would have received 5 stars had it had table clothe.
We enjoyed our time & especially the service provided by Anie & supporting staff. I was a bit disappointed with the Beauvette steak. I ordered it medium rare but it was really hard to cut it - mostly, I think having appropriate cutlery for steaks would have helped, but at one point I felt like I was ‘battling' my food.
Other than that, the desserts we ordered were outstanding - both the key lime pie & pistacchio mousse were a delight. Would definitely come back.
All around great food & service. We have been going to tremblant since 2013 to take in the fall colours. Our go to restaurant for a great evening out was the restaurant in the casino who serve good seafood. But now we have a new restaurant. Service was great (bilingual it anybody was hesitant), great ambiance, if it was cooler, I'm sure the fireplace would of been a great addition. We had the scallops as appetizers & pan seared cod & halibut for mains. Both perfectly cooked & tasty. The dessert, key lime pie was to die for. Try them out, pretty confident you won't be disappointed!
All around great restaurant fo our 32nd anniversary dinner. My wife had the pan seared cod & I had the special, pan seared halibut. Both were delicious, which matched the perfectly cooked scallops for our appetizer. Dessert was key lime pie for both of us & we both agreed rivals the taste of key west key lime pie. Service was terrific! We found our new go to restaurant in Tremblant.View more
On a bien mangé! & particulièrement apprécié les plats principaux, le magret de canard & la bavette sauce au poivre & la tarte key lime
La Petite Cachée has a new owner & updated décor since our last visit.
My wife & I enjoyed a memorable evening there recently (June 24, 2023). The friendly, professional staff still makes you feel welcome. The cocktails are still just as good. Some changes to the menu were apparent (there's a new chef in the kitchen so that's often the case & interesting to).
It soon became obvious that the new chef knows exactly what he' doing. The food was amazing & continues to be of very high quality, well prepared & presented.
Our starter of vanilla gnocchi were incredibly light, flavorful, little clouds of wonder. The texture was spot on. Delicately crisped on one side but still melted in your mouth. Just a hint of vanilla in both the gnocchi & the buttery cream sauce balanced with flecks of crisp pancetta made for a deliciously unique je ne sais quoi.
Mains were the pan seared cod for my wife & breast of duck for me.
The large portion of thick snow white fresh cod was seared to perfection. It was accompanied by a velvety smooth celeriac puree enhanced by a subtle cream sauce balanced with smoky bits of chorizo. An excellent dish.
My substantial serving of perfectly seasoned duck breast was seared to medium rare. The skin rendered crisp & dark golden brown. Like it should be. The tender flesh with a hint of gaminess. Just the way I like it. The duck was served with a beautifully coppery colored, sweet & savory, calvados & apple sauce. Mashed potatoes & carrots rounded out this hearty, satisfying main. It was just wonderful.
We finished with their famous key lime pie. Wow!
I highly recommend La Petite Cachée.
