Went to eat there for lunch. Disclaimer, the staff was very friendly, but they looked overwhelmed even though the place was kind of empty. I asked for a table & they all had either boxes or crumbs of food in there. Someone from the staff freed one up pretty fast though. Ordered the Mediterranean bowl. It was pretty under seasoned & the chicken was very dry. Rice was okay, but again, lacking salt/seasoning. Upon checking the menu when I left , I saw that they didn't put almonds or raisins in. It was just a $26 (I asked for extra protein) plate with rice & chicken. Overall the dish was fine, but considering I paid $26 plus tip for it, I wouldn't go back.

Food is amazing , however we had very poor service dining in. It took them over 40 mins to serve starters while they were busy packing over eats & take out orders. This was when we were only ones dining in . Our order of Falafels never came to table. The food was good & people were warm but this level of service is not acceptable, I had to rush my meal & run to office when we entered the restaurant for team lunch with good time in hand.
We wandered across this lunch place as we were walking up from the water. What perfect stop. We had the Tunisian Bowl with Halloumi, & the Mykonos salad with Falafel. The servings were perfect size. The service was fast & friendly. The flavours were well balanced & engaging. I rarely give 5 out of 5 but there is absolutely nothing I would have changed.
Lovely lunch cafe that serves phenomenal salads & bowls that are beautifully presented. We had the salmon bowl & Mykonos salad & both were SO delicious & filling. The Mykonos bowl was so tasty, loved the variety of fresh vegetables, pita & lemon vinaigrette is something I'll def be craving. Looking forward to returning for another healthy lunch soon
I literally come here every week for a quick lunch. These guys are super hospitable & the food is fantastic. Healthy & delicious! I almost felt bad that it took me this long to write a review.
Tried La Med for lunch The interior is just gorgeous. In love with all the details. We tried many items & everything was delicious. Huge portions, fresh food, high quality ingredients. My favorite item was L'ultime libanais. Very Friendly staff ! Fair prices! Follow @ayahayek_ for more on instagram

I have made an order for a business meeting with 30 people, from the discussion of the menu to the delivery, everything was perfect! the food was very tasty & the lunch boxes where generous, delivery on time & very clean, Khalil was extremely reassuring & helpful. I would definitely re-order! it was perfect :)
Après avoir un peu abusé de la poutine & des pizzas, quel bonheur de manger un bowl méditerranéen healthy, délicieux & nourrissant à La Méditerranée. Je recommande ce restaurant pour un lunch dans le vieux Montréal. Mention spéciale aussi au tzatziki qui est très très bon & au thé glacé maison.
