I absolutely loved this café/bagel shop-so much so that I'd genuinely go out of my way to come back, even all the way from Vancouver. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, welcoming, & effortlessly cozy. You can tell there's a lot of care put into every detail.
The bagels were fresh, perfectly textured, & easily some of the best I've had-crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, & paired with such delicious, high-quality ingredients. Everything tasted homemade & thoughtfully prepared. The coffee was just as impressive-rich, smooth, & the perfect complement to the food.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, & made the whole experience feel special rather than rushed.
This place isn't just a quick stop-it's somewhere you want to sit, enjoy, & come back to. If I'm ever in the area again, it'll be one of my first stops without hesitation. Highly recommend!
Amazing bagels , they are freshly cooked & are available in a big variety. You can smell the bagels from far away. Same things for the cream cheese ! They have so many choices !! Their sandwiches selection is also amazing, highly recommend their classique smoked salmon ! Worth the trip ! The staffs is friendly & really efficient event with the amounts of people. Will definitely come back ! I suggest it for tourist. The location is beautiful ! Alongside the berlin wall & the exquisite fountain they have !

J'ai adoré mon passage à la Fabrique de Bagel ! Les bagels sont frais, faits sur place, moelleux à l'intérieur & légèrement croustillants à l'extérieur un pur bonheur 😍 On sent vraiment la qualité des ingrédients & le savoir-faire. L'ambiance est simple, locale & authentique exactement ce qu'on recherche quand on veut vivre la vraie expérience montréalaise.
Si vous êtes de passage à Montréal, c'est un arrêt OBLIGATOIRE ! Impossible de visiter la ville sans goûter un vrai bagel montréalais ❤?

Great location in the historic World Trade Center covered promenade. Seating available in the promenade. Bagels are made on site - so many are warm out of the ovens. Recommend a classic bagel (Sesame or Everything) with one of the interesting flavors of spreads.
We got the cranberry & chocolate bagel with cranberry & oranger cream cheese, & the sesame bagel with fig cream cheese. But we're toasted & unfortunately one side was a bit burnt on both, but that didn't compromise the taste. Bother were super delicious & I would totally recommend stopping by if you want to try some unique spreads not typically seen in a supermarket.
Stopped by on a road trip to Montreal, after scouting around for breakfast/brunch spots open before 9am. They were quite busy this morning with a group of hotel guests in & out of a sports event, but the service was good & were accommodating with our many questions.
We got the three meat with cheese, prosciutto & brie, & salmon & cream cheese bagels. Honestly, I love Montreal bagels more than New York style & these bagels hit the spot!
The juices are also so good! Recommend the strawberry & banana or raspberry juice for a non-smoothie, non-caffeinated pick me up.
There's not much seating outside the storefront or inside the building.
First time trying out Montréal Bagel - It was delicious! Crispy outside, soft & chewy inside. Distinct from NYC Bagel for sure. Highly recommend this shop & check out beautiful architecture as well.
If you are a bagel lover, I highly recommend this place. Many selections & fresh bagels. Quite pricey, so at $12 a bagel sandwich, it adds up quickly. But what a delight!
i ordered a smoked salmon bagel & a plain bagel at 8am on a work day, both were tasty but i felt like they were kind of hard. for early morning bagels, i would've expected them to be a bit crunchier & fresher but i didn't mind it that much. overall, would definitely recommend for a quick breakfast or snack! i know my mom regularly buys their blueberry bagels to bring home (every week or so).
Everytime I'm in Montreal's Trade Centre, I have to stop in at LFBM. It's characteristic & ambiance is so inviting. Their service is top notch. The girl at the cash with the nicest smile, Paula is super friendly. You can see the clients love her service. Their bagels are so delicious. Their bagel sandwiches are so fresh & there are so many different options to choose from. I have tried the smoked salmon, the pear & brie just to mention a few. Their smoothies are soooo good! Freshly made. I highly recommend this place. It's super clean, everything is fresh, & delicious. One visit is never enough!
La fabrique de bagels de Montréal à Square Victoria est tout simplement époustouflante, en particulier leur bagel au homard & avocat qui est une véritable oeuvre d'art culinaire. L'équipe commerciale est non seulement serviable & sympathique, mais elle crée également une ambiance accueillante & propre. Depuis ma première visite, je suis devenu un client fidèle & le recommande à tous vivement
J'y déjeune à chaque fois que je descends à MTL pour le travail. Les bagels déjeuner sont excellents, & que dire du fromage à la crème jalapeno! Je recommande! 💯
