Les lieux sont toujours impeccablement propres & bien organisés, ce qui rend chaque visite très agréable. Les bagels sont constamment frais & délicieux, & le sandwich poulet Ceasar est tout simplement excellent.
Le service est remarquable : une équipe professionnelle, accueillante & toujours souriante 😊 On sent vraiment l'attention portée aux clients & la passion derrière le travail.
Un endroit où j'aime revenir régulièrement. Bravo à toute l'équipe ! 👏
This place has gone downhill over the years. They used to make a delicious & packed breakfast bagel that they actually grilled but that is no longer the case, pictures from 7 years ago show you how it used to be. Now it's just a blah bagel with a thin piece of'scrambled egg' which most likely comes from liquid eggs & just one, equally thin slice of turkey or ham, packed with gross garlic butter. At least they're not shy on the butter. They don't even toast or grill it, they just put it in this warmer that heats up the bagel to a soft mess. $9 for something this bad that probably costs them $1 is just robbery. Save your money & get a McDonald's bagel sandwich, you at least get a hash brown & coffee for the same price.

A very good spot for bagels. The pre-made sandwiches are quite ordinary & not very impressive, but the custom-made bagels are really good. Simple bagels with cheese, cheese-honey-walnuts, or salmon are full of flavor. The coffee is excellent, & I especially like the wide variety of cheeses they offer. Overall, a good place, especially if you order a made-to-order bagel.
Apparently, I was supposed to have Montreal bagels when I visit Montreal lol . So I did. & I'm glad I did hehe
I ordered the classic Smoked salmon bagel sandwich. This was great. Simple. A little salty, a little creamy. It was a great start to my day. I think this was better than the smoked meat sandwich somewhere in the city ahem. Hubby had everything bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. He said it was fantastic. It was spicy as it should be. Yum yum
This has been my go-to bagel shop for lunch until now (Dec 2024), but they probably just lost a customer for a few reasons: I specifically asked for a "toasted sesame bagel with jalapeno cream cheese plus smoked salmon". Even though they confirmed my order with me twice (when I ordered & when I got to the cash), I did not receive what I ordered. My bagel was NOT toasted & I was charged extra cheese even though I got less cheese in my sandwich than I normally received in the past. If they advertised extra cost for the flavored cream cheeses, I'd be ok with the change... but they don't. This may be a one-off because I have normally enjoyed the food & service in the past, but if not.... Good bye!
Visiting Montreal from the States. Had a delicious Everything bagel with Bluet (blueberry) cream cheese. Also ate a ham & egg bagel sandwich. So delicious! Their raspberry juice was very fresh. I will definitely return before my vacation ends! ❤️

Je sais reconnaître un bon café & je peux dire qu'ils savent ce qu'ils font! Les bagels sont délicieux & frais, ils proposent un large choix de fromages à la crème & de sandwichs. Le personnel est sympathique & la propriétaire sait accueillir au mieux ses clients. Je le conseille à tous !!
Hier, après avoir fait mes courses à Bonaventure, je me suis arrêté à la fabrique de bagel Montréal située à Bonaventure La Gauchetière pour profiter de leur formule trio (sandwich, salade & smoothie). C'était une expérience gustative inoubliable, surtout avec le sandwich au crabe & à l'avocat accompagné du smoothie pomme, épinard & avocat. Je tiens à vous féliciter & à magnifier la qualité de votre service clientèle. Bravo pour cette expérience délicieuse !
