I absolutely loved this café/bagel shop-so much so that I'd genuinely go out of my way to come back, even all the way from Vancouver. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, welcoming, & effortlessly cozy. You can tell there's a lot of care put into every detail.
The bagels were fresh, perfectly textured, & easily some of the best I've had-crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, & paired with such delicious, high-quality ingredients. Everything tasted homemade & thoughtfully prepared. The coffee was just as impressive-rich, smooth, & the perfect complement to the food.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, & made the whole experience feel special rather than rushed.
This place isn't just a quick stop-it's somewhere you want to sit, enjoy, & come back to. If I'm ever in the area again, it'll be one of my first stops without hesitation. Highly recommend!
Toujours un plaisir de passer ici quand j'en ai l'occasion! Les bagels sont toujours frais, délicieux & préparés avec soin. Le service est vraiment excellent & l'accueil est toujours chaleureux. Aujourd'hui, j'ai essayé le Midi poulet pesto & c'était absolument délicieux! Je recommande fortement cet endroit. Une valeur sûre quand on veut manger un très bon bagel 😋

It is one of my favorite places to eat bagels with my friends before going to class in the morning. They have a large selection of different types of cream cheeses & bagels. My favorite is their jalapeno cream cheese, & the pesto (with salmon), it's amazing. I'm also not a big coffee guy, but their mocha was really good. The staff is very friendly, & there are plenty of places nearby to sit & eat as well.
I live in Montreal,love it but terrible customer service ,,I asked the girl if they make their own bagels ,I get a reluctant Oui as she walks over to the display, I wanted to buy a dozen but I have two questions they are too busy texting & no one else was there at that time, Bye!

J'ai testé ce bagel shop & j'ai été vraiment impressionnée. Les bagels sont bien dorés, frais & super savoureux. La texture est parfaite & on sent que tout est préparé avec soin.
Il y a énormément de choix : des saveurs classiques, des combinaisons plus originales & aussi des options vegan 🌱 ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts, l'endroit a une ambiance conviviale qui donne envie de revenir.
Whether you're local or visiting Montreal, it's definitely worth the stop .

Les lieux sont toujours impeccablement propres & bien organisés, ce qui rend chaque visite très agréable. Les bagels sont constamment frais & délicieux, & le sandwich poulet Ceasar est tout simplement excellent.
Le service est remarquable : une équipe professionnelle, accueillante & toujours souriante 😊 On sent vraiment l'attention portée aux clients & la passion derrière le travail.

Je passe régulièrement à La Fabrique de Bagel - Atrium avec mes collègues très tôt le matin, au moins trois fois par semaine. Le service est exceptionnel : l'équipe du matin est toujours accueillante, chaleureuse & attentionnée, même à l'aube.
Le choix de bagels est varié & la qualité de la nourriture se démarque clairement par sa fraîcheur & ses saveurs. La propreté des lieux & le souci du détail reflètent bien l'esprit d'une entreprise familiale.
Je recommande fortement cet établissement à toute personne recherchant un excellent service & des produits de grande qualité.
This place has gone downhill over the years. They used to make a delicious & packed breakfast bagel that they actually grilled but that is no longer the case, pictures from 7 years ago show you how it used to be. Now it's just a blah bagel with a thin piece of'scrambled egg' which most likely comes from liquid eggs & just one, equally thin slice of turkey or ham, packed with gross garlic butter. At least they're not shy on the butter. They don't even toast or grill it, they just put it in this warmer that heats up the bagel to a soft mess. $9 for something this bad that probably costs them $1 is just robbery. Save your money & get a McDonald's bagel sandwich, you at least get a hash brown & coffee for the same price.

A very good spot for bagels. The pre-made sandwiches are quite ordinary & not very impressive, but the custom-made bagels are really good. Simple bagels with cheese, cheese-honey-walnuts, or salmon are full of flavor. The coffee is excellent, & I especially like the wide variety of cheeses they offer. Overall, a good place, especially if you order a made-to-order bagel.
