Une valeur sûre de Montréal ! La nourriture & le service sont toujours excellents ! Les cocktails sont également à tomber! J'y suis toujours allée pour le dîner mais j'ai hâte de faire un tour pour le brunch!

If you're the type to be easily impressed by ham-in-a-can & edgy're-interpreted' classics with a hodge-podge of random ingredients you've never once eaten all at once in the same plate, this restaurant is for you!
The kitchen also didn't make much of an effort for my food sensitivities, saying they couldn't remove the cheese from my beef tartare because then'otherwise it wouldn't taste like much.' I am quoting our waiter.
Judging by how tiny the portion was, they actually only refused to remove the cheese because they didn't want to add more meat to compensate. On the other hand, the duck fries were pretty good.

I went on a Saturday afternoon for a birthday celebration. Having a reservation is better. I got the steak meal & got to say it was excellent. They also have a homemade bacon which is a must. As for the portion, there wasn't much. The service was one of the best I have ever seen. The waiter who was the guy with the glasses was super quick, attentive & got us what we needed without us even asking. The washroom was very nice as well.
Dinner at the private space L'Annexe with a group of 20 colleagues. Before dinner, coordination with staff to set menu & all other details was super smooth & simple. As for the dinner itself, it was flawless. Great food, adequate quantities, great recommendation of wines for the set budget per person we had... We went for the "tâble d'hôte" option so participants had the opportunity to choose between 3 starters, 3 main dishes & 2 desserts. The "Macreuse de boeuf" & the "Pain perdu au caramel de girofle" were especially delicious, all the other options were very tasty & appreciated as well. Great service by Yohann, who was very helpful & efficient all along the 3 & half hours we spent at the restaurant.
I had a unique menu item: thick pancakes served with apple purée & syrup. The pancakes were thick but still managed to stay soft, & the purée, with its subtle apple aroma that wasn't overly tangy, complemented the dish beautifully. It was a delightful brunch menu-flavorful yet not overwhelming, making it easy & enjoyable to savor.
La Fabrique is a must-visit spot! We started with the juice of the day: pineapple, kiwi, & coconut water & it was hands down the best juice we've ever had. The grapefruit mimosa was also solid but nothing extraordinary. For food, the pancake was incredible, it was light, fluffy, & paired perfectly with the apple purée. I do wish it came with a bit more maple syrup, but it was still amazing. The soft-boiled egg served with it was absolutely divine. The English muffin was another standout. It's made from scratch, & the soft-boiled egg & other elements made for a delicious & light combination. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast or brunch!
Brunch was excellent. No doubt, I will return. The menu changes often so I just hope next time I get the same level of delicious options. I found portions to be on the small size but the flavours are on point. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful & cozy, although the metal chairs are not comfortable. Staff is good - friendly & helpful. However, this is the type of restaurants that after 1h30 min will want you to move out your table, so not the best place to catch up with friends.
We had such a great time! Our group of 12 was warmly welcomed, & the staff was incredibly helpful & attentive to every detail. Making a reservation in advance was definitely necessary for a group of our size, but everything was perfectly organized. The food was delicious, & the thoughtful touch with the dessert for our guest was a lovely surprise. Our only small regret is that the large round table in the back, which used to be perfect for groups, is no longer there. Nevertheless, everything ran smoothly, & we finished right on time as planned. Thank you for making it such a memorable experience! We'll definitely be back.
Cela fait déjà plusieurs années que je fréquente cet établissement & il ne fait que s'améliorer. C'était déjà bon dès les débuts mais c'est de plus en plus excellent ! Cuisine au top ! Vraiment très bon ! Le service également ! Ils s'adaptent aux spécificités de chacun. J'ai des intolérances & en cuisine ils ont refait la recette spécialement pour moi pour s'adapter. Franchement chapeau ! Je recommande à 100% !
