3 étoiles car le service est SUPER bon, la place est probablement la plus belle en Estrie & les drinks ainsi que la nourriture goûtent bon. Par contre, un gros bémol, pour moi & plusieurs amis, c'est le manque d'options véganes. Dans un resto végétarien.. 2 sandwichs comme options, ce sont des trucs qu'on pourrait se faire à la maison. :/ Un tartare à la betterave, un p'tit risotto aux champignons, des fauxmages pour remplacer le fromage dans les plats végés, des idées y'en manque pas! Bref; on serait plusieurs à être ravis de voir ce changement de menu, je vous le confirme (des dizaines de véganes dans les alentours qui vont régulièrement au resto).

Très bel endroit, le service est professionnel & les mesures sanitaires sont bien respectées. Bonne option de resto végé (offre aussi des plats avec viande) ou simplement pour un verre!
