How long are you willing to wait to eat?
The menus did not arrive for 25 minutes even after asking for them twice.
Another 10 minutes to take the order.
The waitress rushed us taking the order, & didn't even offer wine.
Meal was served 1hour & 35 minutes after arriving. Two of the meals were luke warm. Two were hot.
But the food was excellent.
So if you are not hungry when you arrive & are willing to wait, dine here.
I have fond memories of this restaurant with my family. Linda is always so welcoming & makes sure the service & suggestions are effortless! Wine, decor ambience a must when I am in sauveur. Many thanks
My family & I had a lovely dinner here. The atmosphere was just what we were looking for, especially after seven days of kids' snow activities. My kids ordered the pomodoro pasta, & it had the best tomato sauce I have ever had. The homemade fishcake appetizer was amazing- I should have ordered another one!
For dinner, we had the braised lamb shank & braised beef cheek. The layered potatoes were delicious, & my five-year-old ate all the vegetables off my plate. The restaurant offers affordable & great bottles of wine.
Not to mention, our waitress was lovely. It was the perfect place to end our vacation!
We sat on the gallery; much more roomier than their main dining room. Each starter was exquisite; I had a ceaser salad & was genuinely disappointed that I hadn't ordered the large one for my main. Everything, wine, entré & such were wonderful. Expect to pay about a hundred per person with 2 bottles of wine & 4 adults.
One of the best places to eat. Food was delicious, I had a soup, & calamari for entre. For my main dish I had a bavette So tender & juicy. Best experience. Great service & & large selection of wines
Nice romantic restaurant with great service. I had the lamb shank. My wife had the steak. We both had the French onion soup. Portions were good. Food was very tasty. Wine selection is good but expensive. Food prices are a little high compared to other quality restaurants in the area.
So happy that La Boheme is back to its wonderful self. Nichola is a talented waiter & sommelier. Happy to offer wine recommendations. Lily, his fiancé & owner is in the kitchen. Food is great. Service is wonderful. Always love the intimate atmosphere. It’s been a St. Sauveur staple for years & never disappoints.
Simply OUTSTANDING!
Welcoming atmosphere only to be surpassed by the amazing service, the type of service you get when the owners are your wait staff. The menu had several options that looked amazing but we went with the lamb dishes after some great appetizers. Imagine making a vegetable soup be creamy & so good you want to lick the plate! Then the lamb chops & shank were outstanding. The wine recommendations were fantastic as well. Dessert was an amazing combination of cheesecake mixed with carrot cake, ohhh so good!
This restaurant is owned by a veteran, a man who has fought for Canadian & American freedom & we cannot recommend it enough!

40 Years old French restaurant located on the main street. Very popular with locals, keeping the same menu for years. Cozy & charming. Wine is at SAQ+10$ priced. Food is simply delicious.
