Delicious phyllo style pies (pitas) like yaya used to make with a more'refined' touch. No offence to yaya. LOL. They are all delicious. Many other Greek classic offerings including bougatsa, moussaka, & biftekakia. Efgaristo poli.
Hands down some of the best savoury pies I've had as take out. The flavors blend perfectly. The service was very welcoming, especially as a first time customer. My favorite choices after trying several products is the excellent'Pasticio' as well as the'Spanakopita'. A small negative was the'Bougatsa' a Phyllo sweet pastry whereby, I felt that the dough felt slightly underbaked. All in all, I will certainly visit again. A few stools & stand-up counters available for some eating in.
Wonderful shop/café. Cappuccino is excellent. Chicken pie/ kotopita is so delicious & we each had Bougatsa, so yummy! Have to go back to try everything! Kouzina Niata is a spot that once you take a bite, you'll become a regular. Also a perfect place to pick up something delicious when heading over to dinner with friends & family. Very friendly & helpful staff that will offer suggestions to help you make a choice.
What a wonderful little find! I've had this place on my list for quite a while, & I finally made time for it today & was absolutely pleased with my experience! I believe it to be a family owned business, the staff was courteous. We had the spinach/feta & 3 cheese phylo. It was delicious! We finished off with a vanilla custard phylo. The prices were fair, considering how good everything was. My only complaint is the hours. I've had this place on my list for so long, but between two jobs, I have a hard time making it to their opening hours. Despite that, I think everything deserves five stars! I will definitely be coming back, & suggest for everyone to try it at least once!
Great food (special mention: moussaka & their semolina pastry whose name now escapes me), & very friendly hosts. Not much room to eat, but all of the food is convenient to takeaway.
SPANAKOPITA, bon & croquant. RIZIGALO, bon.
Warm service & delicious food. I had a Greek salad with feta (crisp & light) & chicken meatballs with roasted vegetables for my lunch, which were delicious, not oversalted. I had an espresso as well, perfectly done. Thank you for picking up my spirits on a rainy day!
Amazing spanakopita, as a turkish it was as delicious as my mom's spinach burek, definitely a must-try place
Stunningly good authentic freshly made greek food. Not a sit down restaurant, but if you aren't needing table service you definitely should try this place!
Easily the best spanakopita I've ever eaten, better than anything I had in Greece & the by far the best in Montreal. For a while, I've been noticing people coming out at the place with us slice, so I knew I had to try it & it doesn't disappoint. Perfect amount of phyllo, spinach & feta, so it hits the spot. The people are very friendly, it has a cool & laid back atmosphere & it's located right on the trendy Via Street. Highly recommend.
