We had the pleasure of being taken care of by'T' on the terrace last night, & I use the phrase taken care of intentionally because that's exactly how she made us feel.

She was absolutely outstanding. From accommodating my buddy's unusual request to strain the onions out of his French onion soup, to making sure our wine stayed at the perfect temperature throughout the evening, every detail was handled with a smile & genuine professionalism.

The food was fantastic, as always, but T's exceptional service is what made the evening truly memorable. She went above & beyond, & it's employees like her that keep us coming back. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience

Too dark & depressing. Turn up the lights a bit. Also, having the tip start at 18% on the machine is a ripoff.

Awesome spot! Charlie served us & helped accommodate every dish to ensure my safety seeing as I have celiac disease. Her service was top tier & very professional. She was clearly very educated on the menu & it showed that she truly cared about her service. The food was delicious & the drinks were yummy as always but Charlie really made the night special!

My partner & I visited this The Keg location recently & we were impressed by the level of service we received! There were lots of gluten free options available & even the manager came to see us to confirm that the food is safe for celiacs. Our dinner was delicious & the atmosphere was great. We'll definitely be back!

Firstly, be prepared for a drive around the restaurants entrance when you want to park your car due to the popularity of The Keg & an entrance to the Mall close by. Our 7:30pm reservation was respected & all of us who had arrived were promptly seated as planned. We were provided food & beverage menus & our server said she would return in a few minutes after we had the opportunity to review them. We asked for water to be served; which it promptly was. Our server returned as promised & proceeded to discuss the specials available & to ask if there were any of us who had allergy issues which two of our family members did. After taking our orders the server had the evening manager come by to also review the food allergy issues we had told our server; which reassured us that the meals would be prepared without risks. Salads & appetizers were served quickly. The Wedges of Iceberg Lettuce were nice sized & with a decent amount of dressing so as not to have them smothered. The shrimp cocktail had five nice sized shrimp to enjoy & were very chilled. Our steaks all arrived at the same time as two other servers brought the plates with our server & be aware that the plates come VERY HOT to keep the food warm during your meal. DO NOT TOUCH THEM with an unprotected finger. Use your napkin to move the plate if necessary. All our steaks were perfectly prepared as were the sides we ordered. The 20 oz rib steaks that were ordered were large & really well prepared to medium rare & easily could have been shared. The 10 oz filet was butterflied & also perfectly cooked to medium rare. There were nice portions of the sautéed mushrooms & green beans on the plate along with perfectly prepared baked potatoes. We all remarked how wonderful the beef was we were enjoying. Not tough. Not stringy. Not overly fatty. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I would also like to mention that aside from the bar area that is a bit'Noisy / Energetic' the dining area had tables well spaced apart so we could talk & enjoy our conversations.
