Jacopo est un endroit italien accueillant dans le vieux Montréal où l'ambiance est chaleureuse et raffinée et où la carte met en vedette des pâtes fraîches et des fruits de mer, avec le plat en roue de fromage préparé devant les convives qui sort du lot; le service est constamment attentif et sympathique, guidant les convives à travers les plats et répondant aux besoins alimentaires et aux occasions spéciales; l'atmosphère de la salle principale et de la terrasse est animée tout en restant confortable, ce qui en fait un choix idéal pour un rendez-vous, des repas en groupe ou des occasions spéciales, et la carte des vins et les desserts complètent magnifiquement les plats.
Came for my birthday & was not disappointed. The cocktails were fantastic- I asked for a lavender lemon drop & it was the best drink of the trip. For the entree, it was the truffle ravioli. The sauce was so creamy & balanced. Would definitely return

The restaurant's decor is beautiful & the atmosphere is pleasant. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the food overall. While the main pasta dishes were very good, the appetizers did not meet expectations.
The beef carpaccio was particularly underwhelming - the meat lacked flavor & depth, which is disappointing given the price. The focaccia was also a letdown: just three pieces of very dry, hard bread with no herbs or softness. I mentioned it to the server, as it's surprising to be served something like this in a fine dining Italian restaurant.
The tiramisu was good, but not as creamy as I remembered - I've definitely had better here before.
Overall, I left feeling disappointed.
We had an amazing dinner at Jacopo! the food was delicious. What truly made the experience special, though, was Pearce's exceptional service: attentive, friendly, & genuinely passionate about making our evening memorable. Definitely recommend!
Jacopo's Veranda room was the perfect spot for our group corporate dinner. The food is excellent; the gnocchi was especially delicious! The staff was very attentive & personable. Our group had a great time!! Special thanks to our severs Aurelia, Pearce & Leah.

Dugan has an excellent presence & sense of timing, he made excellent suggestions for our dinner & we so appreciated his service, & we felt so comfortable!
The vibes the environment & the food was amazing! Dugan & Pearce where so nice & friendly! I asked them if we could practice my French & they so patient!
Everything was great, we were very understanding when they told us we had to leave by 20h. The server was AMAZING!! The front desk lady though? The person reserved for 8 people. Weirdly enough, when the first people arrived, they asked them how many we were. Based on the person who reserved the table, they had a bit of a misinformation about the number of people we would be. By mistake, we said 7. But even if we got the wrong number, usually you keep the number of seats we reserved for & remove the chair AFTER everyone gets there. We tried to find accommodation & we had to talk to the manager to find a solution. The girl was very rude, saying we couldn't bring an extra chair but we ended up being able to have said chair (after talking to the manager). Again the server was amazing, the food excellent & the vibe was nice but the desk girl was not it
The food was delicious & the atmosphere was lovely! Pearce was a great waiter & very helpful in deciding what we should get on the menu. Highly recommend Jacopo as a dinner spot for any occasion!

The experience was not great. The food was just okay, nothing special, & they didn't even have the parmesan pasta we specifically went for. We arrived about 30 minutes late because parking in the area is quite complicated, & the hostess told us to come back over an hour later. What made it worse was that she didn't even allow us to wait at the bar & have a drink, her attitude was very strict & not friendly at all when explaining this.
On top of that, it's quite expensive for what they offer. It was my birthday, & I ended up feeling very disappointed. I don't plan on coming back.
An absolute unreal experience. The pasta's fresh & the atmosphere was classy & high end. It can be loud if its busy, but you can still talk with other members of your party. Having the pasta dish prepared table side is a must. The service was friendly & we were well taken care of by our server.
