Jack Flat BBQ offers a lively Texas smokehouse vibe with generous shared platters and meat that is consistently flavorful and well smoked, from brisket to pork belly and smash burgers, set in a festive atmosphere with friendly service and occasional line dancing. The atmosphere is country & all the waiters are dressed the part. The food was better then we could have expected. The drinks were just ok & tasted like pre-made drink mixes from target. The table however had a very dirty table cloth that we had to put paper towels on top of the dirt marks. I know it's a terrace but it was pretty gross.
This a great spot for bbq! They have a one of kind smoker in house & they good is amazing. The menu offers vast choices & there is something for everyone. The drink menu is nice, decor of the resto is unique & the restaurant has a fun vibe.
I had been here many times in the past but now feel that it has lost a little of their flamme. Food used to be a little better. Also, had a table in front of the door to the terrace & made the experience very disappointing as we were frozen & our food got cold quickly.
Spectacular experience our waiter Miguel eally made our experience special. He recommended all the right stuff. I've never had such tasty BBQ in Canada. I will definitely tell all my pitmaster friends in Texas about this place.
Je mets quatre étoiles pour l'ambiance, car nous étions installés en haut, n'ayant pas de réservation. Mais ça nous a quand même permis d'être servi par la sympathique Maude. Que dire de la nourriture. Après avoir déjà été au Texas, franchement pas besoin d'aller si loin! Nous étions quatre & avons pris l'assiette dégustation à 49 $, & nous n'avons pas réussi à passer à travers. C'était fabuleux.
Le staff est super sympathique & efficace. Une expérience gustative que tous doit essayer ! L'ambiance & la musique est solide ! Ca vaut solidement le déplacement ! Ce serais vraiment cool d'en avoir un à Québec !
