Nourriture pour tous les goûts & abordables!! J'ai bien aimé notre serveuse, Lovely. Elle était souriante, elle a pu nous faire des recommandations, elle vient s'assurer que tout est à notre goût. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde lorsque je suis allée, mais tout de même une belle ambiance.
J'ai très apprécié mon expérience au Jack Astor Laval. La nourriture était excellente, l'ambiance génial & nous avons eu un service super grâce à Caro qui nous a servi. Excellente recommendation, à l'écoute de nos besoin, service rapide, elle avait du plaisir avec nous, bref, elle était super! Je recommande le restaurant !!
Quelques fois que nous y allons & nous sommes toujours aussi bien accueillis & servis. Kevin notre serveur, très belle énergie. Nous recommandons à 110% que ce soit pour un souper ou un dîner d'affaires.
First time there. Met my cousins for a quick lunch. It wasn't crowded at all. Our server, Sheena, was just the best & the cutest with her adorable dimples. I was driving, & she recommended some drinks that I would enjoy without alcohol. Will definitely come back.
Jack Astor's in Laval is a great place to hang out with an amazing atmosphere. I visited recently & ordered food, but there was a slight delay with one of my dishes. The staff were very professional & removed that item from our bill without hesitation. The food was excellent, & everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. The staff are friendly & attentive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this restaurant & look forward to coming back again.
First Timer. Plenty of parking around. Went there with no reservation, staffs were welcoming & found us a table even if it was heavily packed. There was a live DJ & atmosphere was really nice. As for food, the portions were really good except for the burger which was a lil bit smaller than average. Drinks also were okay. Nothing really stood out but overall a good experience. #recommended 👌

We've been there a couple of times. Pretty good music & ambiance. The drinks are always good. The service needs to upgrade a little bit more. The server never brought us water (even tho we asked her 2 times). We waited too long (15-20 min) just for 2 drinks & it wasn't even busy. My second drink looked like they took the same cup I used before without washing it! The food was cold when we we served after waiting for 35-40 min. The grilled cajun salmon was so small & thin I barely took 4 bites out of it & I still payed 30$! We asked to grill the steak RARE (50$) just to get it MEDIUM WELL done & cold fries. Wow. We told our waitress about it but we only got a 6$ out of our 200$ bill. The quality of food really lowered these past months unfortunately & the service too. Sometimes it's the small details that count even more. I recommend ordering the burgers & nachos.
Absolutely great place. Haven't been to jacks in a few years but definitely recommend this location. They speak English & French & the service & food was excellent.

Il était très attentif à mes besoins & n'a pas tardé à prendre ma commande. Non seulement il était rapide, mais il a également pris le temps de me conseiller sur les différents plats & boissons disponibles. Ce qui m'a vraiment impressionné, c'est sa connaissance approfondie du menu. Il était en mesure de répondre à toutes mes questions sur les plats & de me recommander des options qui correspondaient parfaitement à mes préférences. Sa passion pour son travail était évidente & cela s'est reflété dans la qualité de son service. Pendant tout mon repas, Chris était régulièrement présent pour s'assurer que j'avais tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Il était très attentionné & anticipait mes besoins avant même que je ne les exprime. Son attention aux détails & sa volonté de faire de son mieux pour satisfaire les clients sont vraiment remarquables. En plus du service exceptionnel, la nourriture au Jack Astor's était délicieuse. Les plats étaient savoureux & bien présentés. En conclusion, je recommande vivement le Jack Astor's de Laval, en particulier si vous avez la chance d'être servi par Chris au bar. Son service exceptionnel, sa connaissance du menu & son attitude chaleureuse font de lui un atout précieux pour le restaurant.
