Lovely food, atmosphere & location.. but service ??.. horrid !!!. especially for & esablishment of this caliber & reputation; super cold reception.. no even a'hello'.. my friend & I got seated.. I was made to feel like I was bothering the person that took my order.. no one came to refill our glasses.. no one came by the table to ask if we needed anything.. I had to stand up & go find the waiter across the restaurant on more than one occasion.. a real embarassment..

Gorgeous interior design, food was delicious. Service was a bit slow & we had to wave servers down to get utensils, but I think that was just because it was especially busy. Paella is not to miss!
We were waiting in a queue to get a table for two. We were the second party of two in the row. When we went back one hour after to ask what's the situation, we were told we were the fourth party in the queue.
Une expérience globalement décevante. Service très impersonnel & froid (vraiment). Nous avons commandé du jambon de bellota à 50$ pour seulement 50 g. Le serveur a échappé un gros morceau par terre au moment de servir, & ne nous a pas offert de le remplacer (!!!). De plus, ce jambon était coupé extrêmement mince (effiloché) ce qui nous empêchait complètement d'expérimenter la texture & le goût typique de ce jambon. Croquette de jambon couvertes de sauces, trop petites, très salées (on est très loin de la croquette espagnole typique qui est moelleuse & dodue). Paella peu généreuse en ingrédients pour le prix élevé (deux crevettes, deux rondelles de calmars, quelques coquillages pour 49$...). Nous étions ravies de nous offrir une belle soirée dans un restaurant espagnol... mais nous ne sommes pas senties bien accueillies du tout & le prix payé était beaucoup, beaucoup trop élevé pour ce que nous avons mangé, tant au point de vue de la qualité que de la quantité. Seul point positif : le restaurant est très beau.
Very disappointed by my last experience here. Their $50 jamon iberico is a scam as they blatantly serve serrano. Anyone who's been to Spain knows that. Food is generally bland & lacks the je-ne-sais-quoi that a place charging these prices should offer. Will not be returning here, there are much better places in this city.
Great & fresh food, excellent service & amazing atmosphere. Our waiter, Gabriel, was very professional & knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.
The best Spanish food I had in Canada so far, service was awesome, Gabriel guided me & my wife through the options, great experience! My favorite restaurant from now on, only place I know I'm paying for what I'm getting, quality!!

We had a wonderful experience at Iberica. The interior is absolutely beautiful - very Barcelona-inspired, stylish & vibrant, with so much character. The style of music & the volume were perfect, & the overall noise level in the restaurant was just right. We were lucky to be served by Jeffrey. He was attentive, professional, & made the evening flow effortlessly. We tried different tapas. They were all very tasty. Portions were perfect for sharing. We appreciated the offer to serve 4 croquets instead of regular portion of 3, so it made it easier for us to share. The whole evening was full of this kind of small gestures that made a big difference for the whole experience. For example, the plates & cutlery were changed for each dish - such a thoughtful touch that elevates the whole dining experience. One small suggestion: it would be lovely to see a wider selection of wines available by the glass.

The service was warm & welcoming from the moment we entered the restaurant which was really appreciated. We were forgotten a couple of times though which made it a bit less enjoyable. For example, the waitress said she would bring us the dessert menu but didn't come back for another 20 minutes & then the dessert took another 20 minutes as well. So even though the waitresses were quite friendly, we experienced a couple of unfortunate events. The food itself was tasty. I do find the rice a bit too salty but the overall flavours complemented each other very well which was quite amazing. The portion was just right for us as well! The food is priced at around 55$ for the paella which seems intimidating but the portion is enough for 2. The tables are pretty small so it does make you feel a bit out of space especially with the plates being so big.
