The menu offered a plentiful selection, & I truly appreciated how thoughtfully it catered to my gluten-free intolerance without compromising on creativity or flavor. We had a wonderful experience at Iberica. The interior is absolutely beautiful - very Barcelona-inspired, stylish & vibrant, with so much character. The style of music & the volume were perfect, & the overall noise level in the restaurant was just right. We were lucky to be served by Jeffrey. He was attentive, professional, & made the evening flow effortlessly. We tried different tapas. They were all very tasty. Portions were perfect for sharing. We appreciated the offer to serve 4 croquets instead of regular portion of 3, so it made it easier for us to share. The whole evening was full of this kind of small gestures that made a big difference for the whole experience. For example, the plates & cutlery were changed for each dish - such a thoughtful touch that elevates the whole dining experience. One small suggestion: it would be lovely to see a wider selection of wines available by the glass.

I went alone & ordered just one paella & one cocktail. I overheard other guests chatting, & it sounds like the rest of the menu is amazing too.

I ordered Paella de la Montagne - the paella had a beautiful smoky, fire-grilled aroma. The steak was tender & juicy, & the smoky sausage didn't overpower the natural sweetness of the seafood. Every bite was smooth, delicate, & perfectly balanced. The server even swapped the regular white rice for black rice coated in squid ink for me-such a win!!!

For drinks, I had the Canarias cocktail. Sweet but not cloying-perfect for an Asian palate. I told the server I prefer sweetness over acidity, & he instantly got it. He customized a more fruity version of the Canarias just for me 🍹

The portion was very generous. For a woman with an average appetite, I was full after finishing just half-& happily packed the rest to enjoy at home.

Montreal has officially added another restaurant I'll be dreaming about ❤?

For starters, we have dined here for the New Year's, where there was a special seafood based 4 course 125$ menu (it was the only thing we could order)

The food was pretty mediocre, nothing special. Some dishes we're sgnificantly too salty but overall better than nothing. Definitely not worth the price, but it was edible enough. We also left hungry, but that's to be expected in a high end restaurant.

The service was slow, we waited for about an hour after our appetizers for our main (we were one of the first customers & the restaurant wasnt that busy), so quite annoying, but in an acceptable range (The entire meal was more than 2h & we are fast eaters). The server was nice & I have had my water refilled more than anywhere I have been.

The atmosphere however was quite good, the restaurant was incredibly beautiful.

Personally I believe that food is the most important part of a restaurant, which is why I wouldn't recommend this to anyone else.

Exceptional experience. Worth the cost. Beautiful plating of the food. Very good croquetas, paella was properly seasoned & flavourful & everything was perfectly cooked notably the shrimps (shrimps were jumbo size) , calamari, tenderloin, octopus, all of of it. All the tapas that we tried, & we tried about 7 or 8 tapas were quite good I would get them all again

They were very busy however were able to accomodate well & were very professional & accomodating.

The churros was really good & as well as the accompanied dulce de leche sauce was one of the best dulce de leche I have ever had.

The cocktails were good too! As well as the chardonnay that we had

We were there for a birthday, great experious overall ! Thank you
