The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Chic & timeless steering away from trendy. However the food is just ok. The appetizers (onion soup & escargot) were excellent but the salmon tartare & steak did not match the finery of the decor. I would gladly Return again for a drink but not for a meal.
We had a good experience at this restaurant. If you would like a brilliant brasserie experience, this is the place.
The staff was great & atmosphere was lovely.
The food was pricey, but fair. I was disappointed that the menu has a lot of raw meats. I'd say more than half of the the menu was some raw meat. This made it hard for my pregnant wife. As for the starters, there was only 1 that didn't have raw meat. Very disappointing.
If you are going for dinner on a Friday night. Go before 7pm as after 7:30pm it starts to get busy.
Great service & very friendly welcoming at reception desk, nice ambiance for having coffee & dessert during the day, we sat down in the lounge area. Passionfruit mille-feuille is different from the standard mille-feuille , however is nice to try! I ordered cafe latte but next time prefer Americano over there
Nous sommes allés au restaurant Henri, situé à l'intérieur de l'hôtel Birks, afin de savourer la cuisine française & de profiter d'une ambiance typiquement parisienne.
La qualité des plats était au rendez-vous. Un coup de chapeau au sommelier !
Cependant, je ne peux donner que 3 étoiles en raison de notre expérience désastreuse avec le service de valet, qui a complètement ruiné notre soirée!
Le valet, Justin, a catégoriquement refusé d'amener notre voiture devant la porte du restaurant. Mon mari & moi avons donc dû marcher dans la neige & sur des trottoirs glacés pour rejoindre notre véhicule stationné dans une rue adjacente - une situation particulièrement inconfortable, surtout en tenue de soirée & avec des talons.
Arrivés sur place, nous avons constaté qu'il était impossible d'ouvrir la porte du passager en raison de poteaux placés à proximité. Mon mari, très mécontent, a tenté d'obtenir de l'aide, mais le valet n'a fait aucun effort pour nous assister. Son attitude arrogante & méprisante a rendu la situation encore plus désagréable. Pire encore, il s'est permis d'insulter mon mari, allant jusqu'à le traiter de fou...
Ce comportement inadmissible a gâché notre soirée! Si vous prévoyez d'aller au restaurant Henri, je vous déconseille fortement d'utiliser leur service de valet !! Décevant !
Excellent service reçu par François, il était très gentil du début jusqu'à la fin. Il nous a conseillé un vin rouge français qui était très bon avec mon plat. Je le recommande fortement.
Cette brasserie française manquait à mon palmarès.

Came here for a dinner during heavy snow so it wasnt too crowded. Attentive service, good food (had the french onion soup, steak frites).

Le Restaurant Henri est un des endroits les plus surprenants. Par l'architecture & le décor singulier qui nous transportent à Paris ne serait-ce qu'un court instant. Vos papilles gustatives vont être littéralement renversés par la qualité des plats servis, où les saveurs sont au rendez-vous. Soucieux, le personnel sur place s'assure en tout temps que vous passiez un bon moment à table. Quant à l'échelle de prix, il faut simplement se demander si vous accordez une valeur à l'expérience que vous désirez vivre à un tel endroit. Personnellement, pour la qualité exceptionnelle du menu, c'est peu cher payé pour vivre un moment unique en son genre.
Assez chic & romantique, la joue de boeuf braisé excellente! Serveur très courtois, excelent choix de vin & cocktails originals.
It was our first New Year's Eve together dining in a fancy restaurant & it was definitely a great experience! I was amazed by the charming atmosphere. The gracefully high ceiling & the gorgeous stained glass windows, the beautiful decor of the room, people all dressed up. It was a busy night, the servers running on the floor with smiling faces all the time. They were attentive & impeccable. In this moment, I felt like living in a kingdom. We had New Year's Eve menu as others .The food was fresh & delicious. The cozy fireplace corner was the perfect spot to make New Year Wishes. The terrific burgundy night, cheers!
Everything about our dinner here was wonderful. The hostess was fantastic & attentive, the dinning room itself was beautifully decorated & designed, & the food was even better.
The decadence, I was thoroughly impressed with how chic the place was, & the food was amazing. We went for my mom's birthday celebration, but we shall return...sooner rather than later!
