Not a trendy or happening place, but the food is good. It's a quiet place for a morning coffee to have a conversation. Service is extremely slow at the best of times.

Food, service, atmosphere all top notch at Henri. We just experienced it through their private event option. They have a room overlooking the restaurant. Highly recommended if you need that
I was looking for a breakfast option, & the staff recommended Eggs Benedict. It was my first time trying it, & it was delicious & beautifully presented. I wasn't a hotel guest; I was just passing by & decided to have an experience there. I was not disappointed at all. The room was nice, & the staff was gentle & accommodating. It's a lovely memory to add to my travel collection.
I went with my boyfriend for brunch. He had the burger, & I had the spécial du jour, which was a club sandwich. Food was delicious & of noticeably great quality. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. The staff was professional, helpful & courteous. The only negative point I would give, is that the bathrooms are not very accessible to people with reduced mobility, as I was in crutches. There's an elevator, but after the elevator, I had to go down 3 steps (there is no ramp), & the door to the bathroom is quite heavy. My boyfriend went to get the car, as we had been told that the bathroom was accessible for me. Overall, the restaurant does need to improve its accessibility, but I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who enjoys a great time in a great place, as I loved my time there!

Love the atmosphere. Feels like you're in Europe. But because the windows were opened, there were a LOT of bugs. We got bugs in our wine & the waitress thought it was alright & didn't help us. Food was decent. Their oyster selection was amazing! Best thing we had that night! Service was decent, wasn't above & beyond, should've been better for a fancy hotel dining room however.
This place is amazing & offer a 5 star atmosphere like the what you get at ritz or four season without the crazy prices!! I love this hotel as well. The best burger in the city for sure.
Tombée au hasard sur ce restaurant, j'ai adoré. Le service, l'ambiance, la qualité de la nourriture & le prix, tout était parfait!
Ce restaurant offre une expérience gastronomique de qualité avec des plats savoureux & bien présentés, ainsi qu'un service attentionné. Les prix sont un peu élevés par rapport aux portions. C'est tout de même une adresse à considérer si l'on recherche une cuisine raffinée.
Endroit totalement magnifique en face du Square Philips. Service impeccable, au petit soin, courtois. J'ai passé un moment magnifique en famille, la nourriture impeccable, bonne portion. Parfait pour souligner un événement spécial.
Pour la planification des 50 ans de ma conjointe, la brasserie Henri revenait sans cesse dans sa bouche. Nous n'avions donc pas d'autre choix que de réserver une table pour 10 en ce beau 2 juillet 2022. Quelle déception. S'il n'était question que de la nourriture somme toute ordinaire, mais le service était en dessous de tout ce qu'il se doit d'une maison de cette catégorie. Serveur qui interromp avec des "pokes" dans le dos (oui oui, des "pokes"), amène les plats en décalage total entre les convives (les uns ayant déjà fini leur plat quand les autres le recevaient à peine), "garoche" les assiettes vers la rangée banquette, peste quand on lui demande plus de sucre pour le café &, cerise sur le gâteau, refuse de corriger les erreurs de facturation (facture de 1000$ pour ma part) parceque, vous comprenez, il n'a pas que ça à faire & qu'il ne va pas les refaire, même si la salle était bien loin d'être pleine lors de notre présence. Bref, faut arrêter de déconner. Mise à jour : suite à a réponse du gérant ci-dessous, j'ai écrit directement à l'adresse e-mail indiquée sans le moindre retour, & ce depuis des mois.
Tout était tellement parfait, tellement délicieux. Je dansais de plaisir à chaque bouchée. Le personnel est charmant.
Save yourself the disappointment & go visit Monarque, Holder or L'Express instead. This place expensive because it's in a fancy hotel. The food is mediocre considering the price, the French fries came out cold, like come on... Don't get me wrong the food wasn't bad, however you expect much more considering we have so many amazing French restaurants in Montreal.
Went for brunch. The food was mediocre. Poached eggs had no seasoning & none were made available to us. Fries were cold by the time served. Burger was dry. Bacon was overly sweet. Burnt caramel with the "crepes" which truly are pancakes was actually burnt. Beef tartare was served only with fries no bread... Overprice for the quality of the food that is FOR SURE! Would never go back.
Lovely French cuisine restaurant, great location in the downtown core & the service was excellent. Especially enjoyed the cocktails & charcuterie board.
Bonne nourriture, service agréable & courtois, emplacement remarquable.
