Très grosse déception.
La nourriture était vraiment mauvaise. La viande avait une texture étrange, presque spongieuse - honnêtement, ça ne ressemblait même pas à de la vraie viande. Aucun goût agréable, vraiment difficile à manger. & ce n'est pas une question de préférence personnelle : nous étions 4 personnes à commander exactement le même plat, & aucune d'entre nous ne l'a aimé.
Même les boissons n'étaient pas bonnes, ce qui n'aide vraiment pas l'expérience.
Mais le pire reste le service. Quand on a expliqué calmement qu'on n'aimait pas nos plats, le serveur nous a littéralement répondu :
« Mais vous voulez qu'on fasse quoi ? »
On lui a suggéré de trouver une solution (changer les plats, proposer autre chose), surtout que personne à table n'était satisfaite, mais il est simplement parti pour revenir dire que comme on avait déjà goûté, ils ne pouvaient rien faire.
Désolée, mais comment est-ce qu'on est censés savoir si on aime un plat sans y goûter ?
Aucune compréhension, aucun effort pour régler la situation, aucun geste commercial.
Très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
The restaurant leans heavily on being halal but doesn't have much else going for it. Asian, Indian or maybe... Burgers? They need to focus on one cuisine & perfect it. The food was greasy, the kitchen smoke smell kept drifting into the dining room, & a dried ice gimmick ended up exploding across the table. Chairs were uncomfortable for a sit-down meal.
Also worth knowing: a 15% gratuity is automatically added for groups of 6+, disclosed only via a wall.
Overall, feels like a place coasting on a niche rather than delivering a real dining experience

'I absolutely loved my visit to this restaurant! The food was incredible-each dish was full of flavor, perfectly cooked, & beautifully presented. As a student, I often don't get a chance to eat out like this, but this place was worth every penny. Highly recommended!'
I love this place - it's cozy & very clean. I went for the iftar buffet, & yesterday was my second visit i ordered ala carte & really enjoy their food, especially the Mongolian beef & chili chicken.

I ordered take away for family Eid dinner for 40 people. Food was delicious & everyone was excited to take leftovers with them.

We came in based on the decent Google reviews, but unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to the hype. While the staff were gracious enough to seat our party of four by the window as requested, the rest of the evening was a letdown.
The food was mediocre at best. While the fried fish appetizer was good, the beef & broccoli with fried rice was completely passable & lacked any real flavor. The atmosphere also felt a bit disorganized; there was a party room on the other side that made the main dining area feel chaotic. To make matters worse, the chairs were uncomfortable & the tables were wobbly.
Service was confusing staff weren't in uniform, so it was hard to tell who actually worked there. When our food arrived, the server didn't even know what the dishes were, essentially telling us'whatever you ordered is this.' Having to walk to the back of the restaurant to pay at the end felt more like a fast-food joint than a proper restaurant. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Nous étions trois personnes venues profiter du buffet à volonté (offre temporaire) & avons été unanimement très déçues. La qualité des plats, tout comme la salubrité des lieux, laissait à désirer. Les ingrédients étaient trop cuits, panés, frits ou noyés dans des sauces, rendant l'ensemble désagréable à manger. Nous n'y retournerons pas & ne recommandons pas cet établissement.
The food was good & since we went on Eid day it was busy. Definitely recommending eating here! Just if you are going with a kid, make sure you ask the kids menu.
