Très grosse déception.
La nourriture était vraiment mauvaise. La viande avait une texture étrange, presque spongieuse - honnêtement, ça ne ressemblait même pas à de la vraie viande. Aucun goût agréable, vraiment difficile à manger. & ce n'est pas une question de préférence personnelle : nous étions 4 personnes à commander exactement le même plat, & aucune d'entre nous ne l'a aimé.
Même les boissons n'étaient pas bonnes, ce qui n'aide vraiment pas l'expérience.
Mais le pire reste le service. Quand on a expliqué calmement qu'on n'aimait pas nos plats, le serveur nous a littéralement répondu :
« Mais vous voulez qu'on fasse quoi ? »
On lui a suggéré de trouver une solution (changer les plats, proposer autre chose), surtout que personne à table n'était satisfaite, mais il est simplement parti pour revenir dire que comme on avait déjà goûté, ils ne pouvaient rien faire.
Désolée, mais comment est-ce qu'on est censés savoir si on aime un plat sans y goûter ?
Aucune compréhension, aucun effort pour régler la situation, aucun geste commercial.
Très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
Excellent food & very excellent experience with amazing service. Would definitely recommend to anyone, also the food is Halal. Owner is a great guy, always there

Nous étions trois personnes venues profiter du buffet à volonté (offre temporaire) & avons été unanimement très déçues. La qualité des plats, tout comme la salubrité des lieux, laissait à désirer. Les ingrédients étaient trop cuits, panés, frits ou noyés dans des sauces, rendant l'ensemble désagréable à manger. Nous n'y retournerons pas & ne recommandons pas cet établissement.
Lovely delicious pakistani Chinese food.. everything was amazing.. great ambience & taste everything was amazing & nice host too.. would definitely recommend & come again
we were a Group of 8 people & went for iftar dinner all you can eat. it was too croweded but the food was really tasty & above all its freshly cooked. I would recommend every one.

Had an amazing experience at Hakka Grill. I went there with a friend for dinner. We got
- Dynamite Shrimp 🍤 9/10
-Mongolian Beef with Fried Rice 🍝 8/10
- Korean Chicken with Fried Rice 🍝 8.5/10
- Dessert 🍮 7.5/10 ( Ruby & Chocolate Mousse Cake)
Overall, if you are looking for Halal Asian fusion food, this is the place for you. Also the place is kid & family friendly. Great ambiance & lighting. The servers were super polite & friendly. They served our food super fast & kept checking on us if we need anything. Highly Highly recommend!!

A solid 10/10. The service was great & quick. It was delicious especially the dynamite shrimp. The waitress was so lovely aswell. I honestly would recommend ! Looking forward to coming back
We had a really amazing time at Hakka Grill last night. The food was really good & delicious. We got the General Tso Chicken, Mongolian beef, & chicken chow mein. Admittedly, it was alot of food for two people, but we took it home & it was even better the next day. I definitely recommend this place!
Excellente découverte ! La nourriture est tout simplement incroyable : savoureuse, bien préparée & de bonne qualité. En plus, le restaurant est halal, ce qui est un énorme plus. Le service est chaleureux, professionnel & attentionné. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli. Je recommande sans hésiter & j'y retournerai sans aucun doute !

remind you of pf chang's. Everything had flavour. Strongly recommend for authentic Indian/pakistani style Chinese food.
Just tried Hakka Grill & honestly the food was amazing - fresh, flavorful, & cooked perfectly. The service was absolutely goated, super friendly & fast. Definitely one of the best spots I've been to in a while. Highly recommend!

Halal, South Asian styled Chinese cuisine in Montréal that I've managed to find. The owners & their staff are both super friendly & welcoming. The ambience, the decor, their choice of music, the cleanliness & speed of service is all very good. Moreover, their location in The Plateau is an additional plus point. Highly recommended.
