I celebrated my birthday at Gaia Vietnamese Restaurant, & it was such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. Every dish reminded us of Vietnamese cuisine made with care.
The décor & furniture were very deluxe, elegant, & stylish. The atmosphere felt warm, refined, & perfect for a special celebration like a birthday. It truly added to the overall dining experience.
The staff were friendly, attentive, & made sure we felt comfortable throughout the evening. My family & I truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable we will definitely be coming back!
Authentic Vietnamese cuisine nestled in the heart of little Italy. I highly recommend Restaurant Gaia for lunch or dinner. The food is very superb & the service is amazing. 10 out of 10!

We went to Gaia Restaurant yesterday for our Christmas party, & it was a wonderful experience. We were a group of over 20 people, & the restaurant arranged a small private room for us, which gave us great privacy & made the evening even more enjoyable.
Although I didn't take photos of the food we ordered, everything was beyond expectations-absolutely delicious. I honestly didn't know Gaia had such an excellent Vietnamese menu. We ordered several appetizers & every single one was outstanding. The fried soft-shell crabs were perfectly crispy, the beef sashimi is a must-try, & the fried chicken wings with sweet & sour sauce were incredibly tasty.
Everything-from the food to the service-was just perfect. The staff were friendly, attentive, & the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended for group gatherings & special occasions!
Absolutely amazing food, authentic Vietnamese. I went there with my team for lunch & everyone enjoyed it! I had Tonkiniose with chicken & it warmed me on a cold day… We'll be back soon!
Food is excellent & service is rapid. Had lunch late so it was not busy. Service was efficient but a bit rushed & impersonal. The food compensated for it as it was excellent with a very reasonable price. The decoration & atmosphere is odd. It doesn't fit Vietnamese restaurant & it seems they kept everything from the previous restaurant. Hopefully they will keep improving the inside as their food is excellent.

We went for dinner.
I was surprised with the comments since I felt it was very overpriced.
Meal was ok, portion size ok.
We were served very quick though.
Won't be returning since there are better vietnamese restaurants around.
my husband & I were in Montreal for a few days from the dc area (that has amazing Vietnamese food) so I'd say we have pretty high standards & Gaia totally hit the spot! One of the best meals we had while in Montreal. Highly recommend the grilled chicken with vermicelli noodles & their pad thai with grilled chicken 😋 the service was also incredible & the food came out fresh & hot. Will definitely be back whenever we make our way back to Montreal.
Authentic Vietnamese restaurant with good price! We visited since this restaurant has high rating & not far from the market. The food was really good & I was totally satisfied. We had grilled beef, pho, & fried rice. They were all good. When I come next time, I would like to order more traditional dishes.

I visited Gaia after a friend recommended it, & I'm so glad I did! The place is run by wonderful people who offer delicious food at great prices, along with excellent service & a warm, respectful attitude.
We tried their **Tonkinoise soup with beef** & their **spring rolls**-both the fried chicken spring rolls & the cold shrimp rolls were amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, & satisfying.
I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area & craving Vietnamese food.
If you are in the Little Italy & seek a good asian / vietnamese restaurant with quality & generous portions…. this family run restaurant is for you. The place is clean, the service is great & the decor is classy.

GAIA is a place where they treat you like family. Starters are amazing! I feel in love with the Imperial Rolls & the Fried Calamari.
The Pho broth has a nice aromatic taste & can pair with any protein.
Grilled beef was amazing as well!
Don't forget to try their desserts! I took the tiramisu & I heard that this place serves a great fried banana.
Best vietnamese restaurant in Montreal. Hands down. I have been struggling to find a great vietnamese restaurant since COVID as I found the quality of many restaurants went down after.
This has finally been the one that satisfies all the qualities I look for in Vietnamese food. Try the pho, the grilled chicken, or anything really on the menu & it will be all great.

Great service, with homemade & incredibly tasty food. The ambiance is warm & inviting, making it a truly enjoyable experience. Plus, it's BYOW at a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant - highly recommended!"
Upscale decor & atmosphere compared to other Vietnamese BYOW restaurants. Dung is an awesome host, & her husband & owner chef Dắc is talented yet humble & friendly. We had a birthday party of 36 & had a blast! They even provided some balloons to decorate the room. Service was prompt & professional. Food is good quality-cost wise. The chef even gifted me with a 20% off voucher! We finally found a Vietnamese restaurant combining nice decor & decent food to host a party!
Gaia really exceeded my expectations. As a Vietnamese who consumes Vietnamese food regularly, it's usually hard to find food that fits my tastebuds. My family & I genuinely enjoyed the food. The price is also very fair, especially for the generous quantity. The service is also impeccable. I'm excited to come back!
