My sister's & I stumbled across Gaia's restaurant! From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left we received 10/10 experience! The food was delicious & amazing portions. Everything we ordered was amazing! Highly recommend :)
Everything was absolutely exceptional. The ingredients were incredibly fresh & perfectly selected, creating a beautiful harmony of flavors in every dish. You can truly feel that each plate is prepared with care & love. I have never tasted food like this before. Highly, highly recommended.

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine nestled in the heart of little Italy. I highly recommend Restaurant Gaia for lunch or dinner. The food is very superb & the service is amazing. 10 out of 10!
We went to Gaia Restaurant yesterday for our Christmas party, & it was a wonderful experience. We were a group of over 20 people, & the restaurant arranged a small private room for us, which gave us great privacy & made the evening even more enjoyable.
Although I didn't take photos of the food we ordered, everything was beyond expectations-absolutely delicious. I honestly didn't know Gaia had such an excellent Vietnamese menu. We ordered several appetizers & every single one was outstanding. The fried soft-shell crabs were perfectly crispy, the beef sashimi is a must-try, & the fried chicken wings with sweet & sour sauce were incredibly tasty.
Everything-from the food to the service-was just perfect. The staff were friendly, attentive, & the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended for group gatherings & special occasions!
my husband & I were in Montreal for a few days from the dc area (that has amazing Vietnamese food) so I'd say we have pretty high standards & Gaia totally hit the spot! One of the best meals we had while in Montreal. Highly recommend the grilled chicken with vermicelli noodles & their pad thai with grilled chicken 😋 the service was also incredible & the food came out fresh & hot. Will definitely be back whenever we make our way back to Montreal.
The food was excellent, very flavorful & authentic. The salt & pepper shrimp didn't even make it home they were so good!
There was a misunderstanding with my order that caused some confusion on my part, but the owner personally reached out to clarify & resolve it. It's rare to see that level of passion & care.
Visiting from the states & stumbled upon this place just by a a Google search. Food was amazing. One of the best Tonkineese soups I've had (same as Pho). Had several other dishes. All great. Highly recommended.

Great service, with homemade & incredibly tasty food. The ambiance is warm & inviting, making it a truly enjoyable experience. Plus, it's BYOW at a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant - highly recommended!"
The best viet restaurants in little italy! This BYOB has the kindest owners & great food. I've had one of the best spring rolls here, the oil they use to fry is extremely flavourful. The service is fast & very thoughtful. Highly recommend to do their 30$ meal menu, theres more food than you can eat & all extremely tasty!

Went there with a group of 7 people . The young lady who served us was very kind & responsive though she was serving the entire place on her own. The food was reasonably priced, really tasty, came in large portions & was fresh . The all dressed pho was especially good , as well as the fried spring rolls, & peanut chicken with crispy noodles. This is now my new go to place for Vietnamese food ! I highly recommend to anyone in the area. Please try this place! Oh also we'd dropped off a cake earlier in the day because we were celebrating someone's birthday & they served us the cake & even changed the music to play a happy birthday song. They even waited for us to finish to close up. & it's BYOB ! Superb experience!
It is a truly authentic culinary experience! The rice is so fancy & flavorful. I highly recommend the chicken soup. The soup was so good we finished the whole bowl. Servings are generous. Will return soon.
Went there for a birthday with 12 people! Food was absolutely amazing! So much food & so well priced! They owner made it extra special with sparklers & desserts! Highly recommended. Will definitely be back!
Stopped by here during a visit to Montreal, looking for an alternative place to eat & I live Vietnamese food. So glad I found this spot. I had the grilled chicken over rice & the flavor was delicate & amazing. Supper friendly staff. Highly recommend.
