A cozy beautiful restaurant. We absolutely loved everything about GAIA. The food was 5 star; the best pho I've ever had. Being a BYOB restaurant is much appreciated (SAQ 2mins away). Lilly was so sweet & kind; perfect service. Jack was so helpful & kind, answering all our needs. We will definitely be back & we'll bring friends. GAIA you have a new regular customer. May you have many years of success.
Great Vietnamese food & amazing service by the sweetest people. 100% recommend.
GAIA is a place where they treat you like family. Starters are amazing! I feel in love with the Imperial Rolls & the Fried Calamari.
The Pho broth has a nice aromatic taste & can pair with any protein.
Grilled beef was amazing as well!
Don't forget to try their desserts! I took the tiramisu & I heard that this place serves a great fried banana.

Best vietnamese restaurant in Montreal. Hands down. I have been struggling to find a great vietnamese restaurant since COVID as I found the quality of many restaurants went down after.
This has finally been the one that satisfies all the qualities I look for in Vietnamese food. Try the pho, the grilled chicken, or anything really on the menu & it will be all great.
Newly opened place, very quaint & with good food. We had the beef sashimi (really good), Pho & grilled beef with vermicelli. Everything was really good, I will be back. Special mention to the super friendly & hospitable service.
We ordered takeaway (Pho & General Tao). The portions were very generous & the food was very tasty. The staff were very nice & the ambiance inside the restaurant was very pleasant. We'll definitely come back soon!

I have ordered through Uber numerous times now. I've tried the grilled chicken pho, general Tao, pad thai & the special fried rice as well as the rolls & everything is beyond amazing. Best pho in Montreal for me.
Le Pho & les crevettes sautées aux légumes étaient très très bons, Niny, la serveuse c'est parfaitement bien occupé de nous. Le service était très rapide & l'ambiance est calme & agréable. C'était parfait. Si vous aimez la vraie nourriture vietnamienne je vous le recommande !

Went there with a group of 7 people . The young lady who served us was very kind & responsive though she was serving the entire place on her own. The food was reasonably priced, really tasty, came in large portions & was fresh . The all dressed pho was especially good , as well as the fried spring rolls, & peanut chicken with crispy noodles. This is now my new go to place for Vietnamese food ! I highly recommend to anyone in the area. Please try this place! Oh also we'd dropped off a cake earlier in the day because we were celebrating someone's birthday & they served us the cake & even changed the music to play a happy birthday song. They even waited for us to finish to close up. & it's BYOB ! Superb experience!
New Vietnamese restaurant in little Italy.. food was excellent, phô broth exceptional generous portions from the grill, it's bring your own wine. Decor a little off, they took over the space from a tacky Italian restaurant...but somehow it just adds to the vibe.
We love the food. My favourite plate is Chicken Pho soup. The Pho noodles are authentic. The broth is delicious without too much MSG, the meat is sweet & tender. I also recommend to try the Fried chocolate for dessert. Yum 😋
