I live nearby & it was my first time here. Amazing food , from the broth to the noodles everything was perfect aswell as the quick & efficient service. I will definitely be coming here regularly!!
I was skeptical of any noodle soup that can run between $20-30. However, I would say, it is one LOADED portion & you get your money's worth. It has just about everything, & is incredibly tasty. Small details like ingredient placement, deveined shrimp & textures makes this one of the best hidden gems in the city. Just a fantastic balance of proteins, vegetables & accroutements. The homemade egg noodles, to me, were better than LZ or ramen. Will definitely be back to try the others! Small counter with ~6 seats, but takeout kept well. Keep it up FooFoo!

Incredible food, I got the coconut curry soup bowl to go & every part & flavour of the soup is amazing with handmade noodles! The egg is incredibly creamy & slightly sweet & the additions of tofu & other like shrimp makes it satisfying
Ordered food from these guys two days in a row. Their coco broth & their beef bone broths are amazing & you can order a full sized extra broth for 5$. They make their own noodles & it shows. 100% will be eating there again, delicious.
I tried their coco curry, Jacarta noodles & the beef rendang. The noodles were delicious. You can tell the broth was simmered well, giving it a deep, rich flavor. The beef rendang tasted good as well, but for the price, it felt a bit expensive since it uses beef strips (instead of the traditional beef chuck) & the portion of meat was quite small.

FooFoo Noodz is a tiny, cozy neighborhood spot, just a few chairs & mostly takeout, but the food carries real weight. The noodles are fresh enough that you taste the difference right away.
The Coco Curry has become an obsession for me. Even the cashier picked up on the fact that I never order anything else & gently tried to push me into exploring the menu, but I keep coming back to it. Rich, comforting, perfectly seasoned.
It feels like a family run operation with a model that could easily scale. Simple menu, strong execution, food that keeps you hooked.
We tried two soups. The beef one & the porc. Both extremely delicious & very generous. The homemade noodles are perfect. The service is fast & courteous as well. I highly recommend this small restaurant. Give it a try.
Today, what a perfect day to take out a hot bowl of yummy noodles for the 1st time. Taipei Beef Noodles ! WOW seriously delicious 😋 Although it's a bit of a drive to NDG, Somerled, it is definitely worth it ! This is a revisit 💯

We order the rendang rybeye with rice, the taipei noodle & the khmer dry noodles soup. Both the soup broth were authentic & delicious. The rEndang was tender & flavourful! We will definitely go back for more!
Got the taipei bowl for 30$ which was kind of pricey but it was a huge portion packed with flavour. The noodles were kind of undercooked, but it was ready very fast & still hot when i got home. Overall very good will come again!
I had an amazing experience at FooFooNoodz! The noodles were cooked to perfection-springy, fresh, & full of flavor. The broth was rich & comforting, not too salty, with just the right balance of spices. Portion sizes are generous, & everything tasted homemade with real attention to detail.
The staff was super friendly & welcoming, making the whole visit even better. Service was quick, & the restaurant itself has a cozy, modern vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer.
Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, FooFooNoodz definitely delivers. Highly recommend it if you're looking for delicious, authentic noodles with great service!
The noodles are so good I've been ordering on a weekly basis since I discovered this restaurant. I've tried all 6 options & they're all delicious (my favorite being the Jakarta noodles) Super fast service & generous portions, what an amazing addition to the neighbourhood.
This is what a bowl of noodles should be about. Amazing food. So much flavour. You can tell the chef puts a lot of love into his food. Nice to have house made noodles. Can't recommend this place enough. Came all the way from Toronto. Tried the coconut curry, Cambodian dry noodle & Taipei Noodle. All different but delicious. Add the homemade sambal 🔥🔥🔥
