My third time going to Foiegwa & I am never disappointed. A nice restaurant, fair pricing, delicious food & kind staff. I recommend the fries( they are a must have!!), the truffle pasta & any kind of cocktail. A small restaurant with a hopping ambiance make sure to reserve. Looking forward to trying the brunch!
No reservation brunch, staff was nice Good coffee, I didn't t like the bloody Caesar (too strong & lacking celery salt but appreciated the option to choose the alcohol paired with the cocktail) I ordered the truffle pasta, it was delicious & not overpowered but a bigger portion would have been appreciated. The croque mamie was good & generous, really enjoy the breakfast potatoes too. The butter croissant tasted a bit stale, like it was made from croissant the day before.. the jam & peanut butter made it sweeter & ok to eat

From start to finish, our dining experience was exceptional. Service was attentive, friendly, & prompt. The cocktail & dinner menu featured unique & delightful recipes. & the food was top-notch, arriving hot & full of flavour. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
We were lucky to have the last spot at brunch in a Saturday. The place is beautiful & the ambiance laid back. We had a hot alcoholic cocktail that warmed us on this cold day. I took the homemade spaghetti with truffle butter & Parmesan & it was delicious. I'd like to go back again & try their other supper offerings. Will definitely be back
The food quality was really lacking for the price paid - the French onion soup was poorly seasoned & had bad tasting cheese, the Cesar used meat that we could tell was previously frozen, & the pate was just bad. The cocktails were good, though
The restaurant is smaller than I expected but has a great ambiance, the bar is pretty. If you're two people, anticipate being quite close to the tables next to you. The cocktails & service were excellent! Unfortunately, after reading all the good reviews about the spaghetti, I was very disappointed by it: although the truffle flavour was there, it seriously lacked salt (& I'm someone who doesn't eat salty foods much). The gnocchi was good & the duck was tender, but again, it lacked salt for my taste...Portions are also quite small, so if you don't want to order entrées, don't come here hungry!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Foiegwa! We did it all! Specialty cocktails, starters (oysters), mains & desserts. The spaghetti was very good, the vol-au-vent was delicious & the duck breast was very good. Service was pleasant & impeccable. We had two chocolate mousse … & the almond cookies were yummy! Could not love it more!
We were greeted warmly as we entered the restaurant. The restaurant is located near the Atwater Market & is a cozy restaurant with a ton of atmosphere & great background music. The cocktail & wine list has a good variety of spirits & wines to compliment your meal of choice. The food is outstanding, & the service is impeccable. I will definitely will be back, the next time I am in Montreal. Thank you for great evening .

A special place with delicious food & cocktails with great staff! ...They read the notes on your reservations; the bartender kicked off our 10th wedding anniversary as soon as we sat at the table. Thank you!
Always excellent service & top-notch food. I visit every time I'm in Montreal for the to-die-for truffle spaghetti! If you've never had it - run - don't walk. Also super tasty & beautifully presented cocktails.
We always visit Foiegwa when we're in Montreal. Tiny space, but comfortable. Perfect for a casual date night. Love the spaghetti, so rich & delicious. Portion size could be slightly larger though. Also had the tartare which was excellent. Cocktails were wonderful. We had room for dessert & tried the chocolate mousse for the first time & it ended up being the star of the whole meal! I'm still thinking about it. Perfect balance of sweet & bitter chocolate flavour, & so light & creamy. We shared one, but next time I'm getting my own!
