What a smart, cozy & easy to get to place.

The place sits about 30 people & is very intimate. The walls are full of art (black & white portraits).

A nice place for couples or smallish groups. Would not be as suitable for large groups.

It was our first time & we tried the late night / after 9 pm menu (excellent deal).

We tried all the items & the best ones were: beef tartare (+$3), Caesar salad & the spaghetti (simple yet so rich).

Will pass on the shrimp cocktail (common). The smash burger needs to be eaten with a knife & fork, & the duck (+$3) was a generous portion with red meat sauce (?) & the corn nibs were okay.

The place was packed - & the service was excellent.

Would recommend giving this place a try.

Excellent restaurant, cuisine française, bon produit & cuisiner maîtriser, l'intérieur est très beau aussi. Je recommande. Le lieu est facilement accessible en métro , proche du marché Atwater. Les places pour se parker sont plus compliquer à trouver. Je recommande de réservé à l'avance. Le marché Atwater dispose d'un parking payant, sinon plus loin il y a des épiceries avec parking gratuit.

We knew the food would be great & it didn't disappoint, especially recommend the truffle pasta! Dominic was our server at another restaurant on our first day in Montreal & it was a really nice surprise running into him again on our last day a week later, we can't wait to come back

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. The service was incredible & so was the food & the atmosphere. It was very busy but the time the servers took with us to chat & connect was unbelievable & made the entire experience amazing. Would definitely recommend!!!

We were told about this place & decided to try it. Have to say, very disappointing with the food. Steak tartare was over salty, along with the salmon being overcooked. The burger was OK (it's a burger, what else does one expect). They have very limited options which isn't a bad thing, but at least cook them properly.

Out server was nice, young guy & the atmosphere is nice/cozy. Sadly, the food was a deal breaker so I wouldn't recommend or be returning here.

Le Foiegwa 🍽? est un excellent restaurant à Montréal avec une ambiance vraiment stylée & chaleureuse. Le décor est moderne avec une touche rétro, ce qui rend l'endroit super agréable autant pour un brunch que pour un souper.

La nourriture est très bonne, bien présentée & pleine de saveurs. Les plats sont recherchés sans être trop compliqués, & on sent une vraie attention aux détails. Le service est aussi professionnel & accueillant.

J'ai particulièrement aimé l'expérience globale : c'est un endroit parfait pour sortir entre amis ou pour une soirée un peu plus chic sans être trop formel.

Petit point à noter : c'est souvent assez populaire, donc il vaut mieux réserver à l'avance, surtout les fins de semaine.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est une très bonne adresse à Montréal que je recommande fortement 👍✨

First place we went when I arrived in Montreal & it was one of the best food spots I have been to in a while. Amazing menu, loved the espresso martini & the vibes is so beautiful & French. Loved it. The staff is also super nice n cool. Can't wait to go back. 🥹would recommend booking ahead because it gets busy very fast.
