I recently visited Montreal for a weeks vaca - was fab.
During my visit I found this fab boutique bistro Foiegwa - OMG -

This place might just not fit my flavour profile, but I found the food lacking true substance. The flavours were very muted or the food just simply was missing something to really make it memorable. Also, the portions were disappointing for the price. Shrimp cocktails were good though.

Service was nice & friendly, but just double check your bills, it seems the system makes some errors sometimes.

Très bon. Staff au petit soin pour notre anniversaire de mariage.
Restaurant pas très grand & ouvert tard. J'aime particulièrement leur menu proposé à 25$ seulement (entrée + plat).
& les cocktails sont à tomber.
J'ai été surprise par la musique assez forte & jeune.
Grand bravo pour la sauce au poivre du Burger spécial foigwa.

Trop chère pour ce que c'est. Le magret de canard était trop cuit & le maïs étaitfroid. La bavette avait beaucoup de tiraille. Attendus trop longs pour les cocktails. Service ordinaire.

Malheureusement la soupe à l'oignon était décevante. Beaucoup trop d'oignons, pas le bon fromage, C'était pas un coton c'est du pain mou . Mais Jeremy s'est bien occupé de moi, il m'a enlevé la soupe ne l'a pas chargé, & j'ai choisi de prendre les crevettes cocktail qui étaient excellente. Un très bon vin blanc. Est-ce que je vais y retourner oui absolument!
