Une petite pâtisserie de quartier où l'on trouve des desserts originaux & de première qualité. Les artisans sont créatifs. Leurs desserts sont uniques. Le personnel est poli, serviable. & l'accueil est chaleureux & courtois.

Les meilleures bûches & gâteaux! Nous nous proposons toujours pour apportez le dessert lorsqu'il y a une soirée. Nous avons presque tout essayé les gâteaux & ils sont meilleurs les uns que les autres. Si seulement il y avait une boulangerie à la hauteur de cette pâtisserie dans le quartier...

I'm lucky to live close to Fabrique Caramel, & it's become my go-to spot for delicious treats! Last Saturday, I grabbed their caramel apple tart, & wow, it was incredible. The crust was so buttery & flaky, & the caramel paired perfectly with the spiced apples-such a great balance of flavors. I'm also a huge fan of their creative chocolate birthday cakes-which are always soft, rich, & a hit with everyone. I can't wait to try their Bûche de Noël this year! Fabrique Caramel is always a treat, & I'll definitely be back for more!

Le gâteau était succulent , délicieux & savoureux. L'accueil était très chaleureux, j'ai senti que comme si j'étais attiré par un aimant. Le goût du gâteau était très très bon surtout le dangereux no .1 le caramel qui est sucré & salé en même temps on a aussi aimé les éclairs aux amandes, les canneberges & le gâteau au chocolat aussi. Je ne crois pas que ca va être la 1ère & dernière dois à la fabrique caramel mais chaque dois que je veux passer par Fleury , je veux taper à leur porte pour y déguster les meilleurs gâteaux savoureux. À la prochaine. Merci bcp pour cet accueil chaleureux.

Ma place gourmande favorite sur la rue fleury. Leur produits sont exellents. Le meilleur gâteau au carottes au monde & leur gâteau créatif forêt noire, un des meilleures j'ai dégusté de ma vie!

Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas les mauvais commentaires, que ce soit par rapport aux produits ou au service! J'ai toujours eu un super accueil & on m'a toujours bien guidée au niveau des produits qui sont en passant, tous délicieux. Leurs éclairs sont 👌🏻👌🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ un bijou comme endroit.
