Les brownies au caramel salé : un vrai délice, j'en rêve à tous les jours :-) Tellement hâte de retourner à cette pâtisserie faire le plein de ma glacière. C'est peut-être une chance que je demeure si loin, car j'y serais à chaque jour !

We purchased an assortment of treats including artisanal macarons with both mouthwatering maple & salted caramel filling, a moist & delicious caramel brownie, fresh cinnamon buns, &, of course, a cake. This cake was lemon grapefruit meringue topped with white chocolate & cornflakes. Chef's kiss. 👌 While the cake didn't have caramel, everything else did. A thick, dark, & unique type of luscious, creamy confectionery that we absolutely loved. We have been visiting promenade fleury all our lives, getting to know it so well & offering suggestions to anyone who asks (or doesn't 😂) as we think it is truly an underrated section of Montreal. This is our first time trying this particular bakery, & it definitely won't be our last.
