I'm lucky to live close to Fabrique Caramel, & it's become my go-to spot for delicious treats! Last Saturday, I grabbed their caramel apple tart, & wow, it was incredible. The crust was so buttery & flaky, & the caramel paired perfectly with the spiced apples-such a great balance of flavors. I'm also a huge fan of their creative chocolate birthday cakes-which are always soft, rich, & a hit with everyone. I can't wait to try their Bûche de Noël this year! Fabrique Caramel is always a treat, & I'll definitely be back for more!

Loved the cakes, crazy delicious. The eclair has cherries inside. This place is now one of my favorite sweet places. Great service 😁🤩

An exceptional owner(s). Duo. I think. Sorry if I messed up. A great inviting customer service. This is my sweet tooth haven place 100% Now that I realized you changed your hours. Where I can grab some things after work fast. This makes me content. :) At least once a week(minimum) I want my sweet tooth fix. & I'm an advocate for supporting my local stores. Any where I have lived. Why are they so good? Quality. Craftsmanship. Passion. You see it. You taste it. What I've tried so far. Brioche - the taste is "OMG". Never in any pastry did I taste something so deadly delicious. & I love Bete a pain. But no where the comparisons. This fabrique is out of the standard pastry. & macaroons (bad speller) yes I know. Forget my spelling. This is the best I've ever had. I share with any one I can recommend. I even give to clerks at chez Clementine. A cake for my son's birthday. A rich caramel cake with Macaroons on top. My family members couldn't finish. It was so good. But so good that you need just a small amount. A small cake goes along way. When time permits I will try other items. & I have no doubt it will be good. Thank you for changing your hours. I can come at least at a time after work. I do rush. Yet missed the time before. Now that's it's changed. I hope it works well for your business too.

We purchased an assortment of treats including artisanal macarons with both mouthwatering maple & salted caramel filling, a moist & delicious caramel brownie, fresh cinnamon buns, &, of course, a cake. This cake was lemon grapefruit meringue topped with white chocolate & cornflakes. Chef's kiss. 👌 While the cake didn't have caramel, everything else did. A thick, dark, & unique type of luscious, creamy confectionery that we absolutely loved. We have been visiting promenade fleury all our lives, getting to know it so well & offering suggestions to anyone who asks (or doesn't 😂) as we think it is truly an underrated section of Montreal. This is our first time trying this particular bakery, & it definitely won't be our last.
