Food was decent, good but nothing special, really thought it would be better especially for the quite high prices. Atmosphere is quite lovely, biggest complaint was the service. Staff was horrible. 2 people working. The girl seems non existent, & the guy that was our'server' was barely seen. Took forever to get the food, & at different times. There wasn't many other people & he never came by or did service checks. Staff definitely need to be improved & this place could be a lot better. Overall nice to try, but don't plan on going back because of this
Food was great for brunch despite the limited options! Lovely place & with super friendly staff! Just a lil crowded & limited space. I loved their pancake bites & their waffles! The coffee wasn't that good.

service was so bad the waiters are so rude honestly the food is rly good but service & atmosphere was horrible idk if they dont like theyre job but they need to work on their hospitality.
Eva's is a wonderful spot for brunch! ⭐ I had a real crush on their avocado toast - it was absolutely delicious. 🥑 The flavors were fresh, well-balanced, & perfectly prepared. The service was great & the staff was very kind & welcoming. ✅ Overall, a cozy & friendly place where you feel right at home. I would recommend it.
Eva's est une excellente adresse pour le brunch ! ⭐ Gros coup de coeur pour leur avocado toast : vraiment délicieux. 🥑 Les saveurs étaient fraîches, bien équilibrées & parfaitement préparées. Le service était très bon & le personnel vraiment gentil & accueillant. ✅ Une ambiance chaleureuse où l'on se sent bien. Je recommande cet endroit.
Came here for Sunday brunch, food was good but found it to be a little basic especially for the steeper price.
I got the deconstructed salmon bagel with boiled eggs. Overall it was tasty, but maybe would get something different or skip out on this place.

Bad waiter he looks like irritated or mad, all time. I don't expect anything special but I don't want to feel guilty if order couple things more cause the price per person ISN't CHEAP.
Wow, what a great place! Everything was absolutely delicious, & the space itself is cool. The service was excellent as well. We popped in without a reservation & were lucky to get a spot at the bar, but if you can, it's better to make a reservation. I'll definitely be back!
Although the food was good, the service was far below expectations given the restaurant's positioning & pricing. We understand it can be challenging to manage a full dining room with only one waiter, but basic service standards should still be met.
We waited over 30 minutes just to have our order taken. Meanwhile, the waiter prioritized guests who arrived after us-clearly acquaintances-regularly checking in with them while ignoring us at the next table. I had to ask twice for water, & even then, he served the neighboring table before disappearing to clean the bar. I had to visibly express my frustration before finally being served water, which is unacceptable.
After ordering, we waited another 30+ minutes for our food, only to receive the wrong type of eggs & meat. Mistakes happen, but this clearly showed a lack of communication between the server & the kitchen.
Despite the poor experience, we still left a 10% tip out of politeness. As we were leaving, the waiter gave my friend a noticeably rude look, which only confirmed how unprofessional the service was.
Before setting a minimum 18% tip on the payment machine, management should seriously review staff training & service standards.
La décoration est superbe & l'ambiance est bien, mais j'ai l'impression que les portions sont petites pour le prix. Nous avons commandé The Brunch & MTL Cheesesteak & c'était bon, sans plus.
My friends & I really enjoyed brunch here. The food was wonderful, & the service was amazing. I really enjoyed my iced vanilla oat latte! The waffles & chicken were great, & the quesadilla was excellent. The fruit was also very fresh. The staff is friendly & the benches are comfortable. It seemed a little tight & small in certain areas. You definitely need to make a reservation. It has an exclusive club type vibe. We will be back to try more on the menu.
EVA's best feature is no doubt the design of the space. It is unique with it's rounded columns, modern-industrial grey tones & intricate art pieces that adorn the restaurant. The service here was friendly & cheerful. My server didn't really interact with me after I was served, but I was sitting by the bar & the girl who was working there happily engaged me in conversation, which is always appreciated when I'm dining solo.
I went for the skytower plate, which I have mixed feelings on. The feature of the dish, the mini pancakes, were superb. I was unsure about the savory butter they were using as pancakes are sweet, however it worked very well. The texture of the pancakes was immaculate. 1-2 more could have been added to really justify the dish's name however. The other parts of the plate were pretty standard. The one part that did disappoint me is that I like my eggs poached & they told me they don't do poached eggs. This is the first time I've heard this at a brunch restaurant, & for how well this place presents itself I was surprised at the limitation. I have to say that the quality of the dish did not justify the price at all. They need to have at least one more item on this plate. I did not have a beverage, just this place & my bill was around $35. The portion-to-price ratio here is a weak point- brunch is meant to be filling, especially a plate like this.
