Afficher toutgnocchi(306) sauce(150) cheese(71) price(56) prix(40) cheap(38) tomato(36) quick(33) spicy(31) tomato sauce(30) box(27) tasty(26)Why the hype? People by the droves picking up a quick box of gnocchi with tomato sauce… cheap ($5) but quite disappointing, mainly because of the sauce. The gnocchi itself is good, not too large & plentiful, but it's destroyed by the sauce which is most definitely from a can; an industrial-sized one. Had I known, I would have asked them to hold the sauce & just do Parmesan & chili flakes. Oh well. The price is right.
The price is great, that's about the only positive thing about the gnocchi. They're a bit too chewy, like they were overcooked. The sauce is basically chef Boyardee's, its oily, acidic & tastes like basic tomato sauce. The parmesan is not fresh so it smells. Also dislike the chopstick gimmick.
Cool little street food-type stall offering a nice cheap meal! The gnocchi are basically little tiny balls of dough after steeping in the sauce for a while but they're still good! The sauce was nicely spiced & tasted great. Can't complain for the price.
I've been coming here for years & it was the best deal in town. I went by this weekend & unfortunately they've shrunken down the portions by about 40%. They started to skimp on cheese + chili flakes. It's a shame because I would have loved for them to have upped their price but kept the portion the same. I was really disappointed by the new takeout container.
The gnocchi was really good & at that price point I don't think there's a better place to eat in montreal.
Drogheria Fine is a unique "street gnocchi" spot where you order from a window & either eat outside or take your food to go. The concept is cool, the portions are generous, & the service is quick & friendly-all for under $10. It's easy to see why this is such a popular spot for visitors or anyone looking for a quick, affordable lunch. That said, while the value & experience are great, the gnocchi & sauce were just okay-nothing particularly special. The sauce reminded me of something slightly better than Chef Boyardee, so it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. Still, for the price & speed, it's worth a stop. Just remember they only accept Canadian cash or debit!
I think the concept of this place is really cool. Price is very low 5-7$ for a small bucket of gnocci. Something fun to do in montreal, service was fast & friendly. Is it worth the hype? Maybe for the experience, why not it's only 5-7$. The gnocci itself was not amazing, to be honest it was very below average.
Great gnocchi for a great price! Low effort for customer as there are very limited choices, few options between cheese, chili flakes & that's it. We'll located & seating available nearby outdoors
Cool concept. For the price point, it's good value with generous portion & quick, friendly service. That said, there's not much selection & I'm not sure it's worth the hype - it's good, but not amazing. The spicy is quite spicy, go no spice or low spice if you don't want a kick. Note, they only accept Canadian debit cards & cash. Only has a to-go window, no seating.
Cheap, tasty, fillings hmm what else I can say? This place is located next to Fairmount bagel, so after I got my bagels I went & got $5 gnocchi with cheese. It came on chinese take out boxes with wooden chopsticks. There's an extra $ if you'd like the fork. Taxes included on the price.
The food is really good considering the price. I chose the option with cheese & flakes & it was indeed spicy but delicious. The line was long but moved fairly quickly.
Super friendly & kind staff & amazing prices! One serving fills me up personally & it's one of my go to spots in the city for an affordable & tasty meal. Despite the line being long at times the service is fast & efficient so don't be intimidated by how long the line might seem
Good gnocchi. Portion is good even if it doesn't look like a lot. Good price.
I regularly think about this place, it would probably be my #1 reason to go back to Montreal (living in Sydney). So damn good for the price - ultimate comfort food.
Great spot to stop in for some simple gnocchi & at a very affordable price. Heard of it on a instagram foodie account & was very pleased. A true hole in the wall as they say!
Great price & value | Good taste but I wish I didn't choose the spices. I hoped to get a herb mix but it was just chilli & too spicy | You pay extra if you want a wooden fork
This has to be my favorite quick pasta spot. They only do one thing (gnocchi), but boy oh boy do they do it well. Also, you just can't beat the price.
It was my first time trying this dish, & it tasted pretty good with a very reasonable price. Although it can be a bit much if you eat a lot, it's perfect to share with friends.
