Afficher tout gnocchi(290) sauce(140) cheese(67) price(52) prix(40) cheap(35) tomato(33) quick(32) spicy(31) tomato sauce(27) box(25) cash(24)Like everyone has been saying, you just can't beat the price. The box is small but mighty as it surprisingly is able to contain plenty of gnocchi. There is no indoor seating but there are public benches outside. The sauce is not my favourite but it's still an overall good snack . When I come back I'll try to bring some cheese or cured meats to eat on the side!
Service ultra rapide & en effet imparable côté prix , la box gnocchi est très bonne!
Honestly, it's hard to beat a bucket steamy portion of gnocchi & sauce served to you in a Chinese boodle box. I like the sauce, I usually order my portion to be with cheese & chilli's. Bring someone on a date here & they'll always remember how cool you are.

Only the freshest gnocchi served here w/lots of crushed red pepper flakes served out of a window in a generic cheap-o Chinese take out box for $6.00. What's not to love ❤?💕
If you complain about spending 6.5$ including tax for a takeout box of fresh gnocchi with great tomato sauce, Parmesan & chilli flakes, then you seriously have an issue!!!!! This place is amazing for what you get! A definite stop ❤?
Solid choice! Not that spicy or cheesy, but delicious none the less. It is definitely too much for one person in my opinion. We split one box between four people & I felt like that was the perfect amount. I would totally recommend stopping by! However, like most spots in Montréal there isn't really a place to stop & sit & eat. There was a small seating area that was a public shared space & at the time we were able to get a spot. So be prepared to eat & walk or eat & stand.
The gnocchi & sauce at this hole-in-the-wall is some of (if not the best) food I've eaten in Montréal. For under $6 you can get a delicious, authentic takeout box of freshly made gnocchi, topped with a rich tomato pasta sauce, plus chili flakes or parmesan cheese if you like. We loved it so much that we returned to buy the gnocchi & pasta sauce in bulk, taking it home to Toronto & flying it to Vancouver to share with family later! Note that they accept cash & debit. Highly recommend visiting, I'll be back!
Why the hype? People by the droves picking up a quick box of gnocchi with tomato sauce… cheap ($5) but quite disappointing, mainly because of the sauce. The gnocchi itself is good, not too large & plentiful, but it's destroyed by the sauce which is most definitely from a can; an industrial-sized one. Had I known, I would have asked them to hold the sauce & just do Parmesan & chili flakes. Oh well. The price is right.
A most visited spot in Montreal, the food is pasta in the end nothing crazy but the vibe is good especially when u see all people waiting in a long line to get their boxes & eat it somewhere on the sidewalk
Pour combler un petit creux & pour le prix, c'est pas mal imbattable. 2 box avec extra fromage c'est 12$. Petit aménagement devant pour aller s'assoir. Ramène ton date la si t'as pas une cenne!
Was on a mission to eat a fairmont bagel next door, & couldn't help resist smelling the fresh tomato gnocchi! So brought a box aswell with extra cheese & chilli... What can I say - awesome! Dipped the sesame seed bagel into the sauce & it's a perfect treat for a cold night! Great find :)
Cheap, tasty, fillings hmm what else I can say? This place is located next to Fairmount bagel, so after I got my bagels I went & got $5 gnocchi with cheese. It came on chinese take out boxes with wooden chopsticks. There's an extra $ if you'd like the fork. Taxes included on the price.
Actually I went to the street to try ice cream & there was a long line for gnocchi. Smell was so good & the line made me to try it. The sauce was good & extra cheese & pepper flakes made it even better. But I didn't like the texture. It was too soggy. It was fun to try gnocchi in a Chinese takeout box with chopsticks. Gnocchi was very tiny so folk is much easier to grab it.
Love the ambience. It's fun to buy those cute take out boxes of gnocchi, but I have to be honest about the taste. The sauce is very mid, a shockingly tangy bright orange. Reminded me of Chef Boyardee with some added basil. The gnocchi are as small as baked beans, also a bit strange. The parmesan on top is ok. I was only able to eat half before I got full. The serving size looks deceivingly small, but this stuff really fills you up! Overall a fun thing to try once....maybe twice. It was $5. SO CHEAP! (I brought my own fork, lol, but they sell wooden ones. Those are not free)
I mean, it's a storefront that serves one thing - gnocchi. Served in a Chinese takeout box with chopsticks (forks cost extra) with options of as is, extra cheese, spicy, or both. Grab a box & sit on the benches out front to eat. Very very addictive!
It's a small shop, like street food. The food is simple & not too bad. Only $5, & you can get a box of Gnocchis🥡Take out option only. They offer chopsticks🥢so, it's better you prepare your own spoon 🥄, or if you don't mind to spend extra money to get a spoon ^^ They serve it hot, I think it's good for cold days to enjoy the hot food 😉 There are benches around the area that you can sit & eat. There is an ice cream shop just beside, so after Gnocchis, you can have an ice cream if it's too hot 😄 Personally, if you are very hungry, you can have the whole box of Gnocchis on your own, otherwise two to share one box is also good option, too 😊😊😊
Straighforward gnocchi place. A classic take-out spot in Mile-End that locals & tourists love. The prices are fairly good ($6 per box) & the sauce & pasta are rich & filling. During the early afternoon, there may be lineups of around 10-15 minutes. Note that there is also no seating, & I don't recommend buying the pasta+sauce in the jar because it doesn't cook nearly as well at home. Despite this, it's my favourite comfort food spot.
they're so affordable (5$ for a regular box, tax included) & make for a delicious snack when you're visiting mile-end!! i get some every time i'm in the area, they're served hot & in arguably big portions for the price. definitely not to miss if you're around!
