With nearly 20 years of history & a very niche concept, Drogheria Fine is definitely a standout. Gnocci is not typically a specialty of Italian restaurants. Even more rare in Canada is this street food style serving with the kitchen right at the curb- I love experiences like this when I travel & have always thought we need more of it over here. The service is lightning fast, no doubt seasoned with years of experience of handling busy lines. As for the product itself- it was pretty tasty & definitely satisfying for the price, but not extraordinary. It's a very simple item with only a few quality ingredients.

The girl that works there is so kind, but the food was terrible, tomato sauce was weird & not tasty. I dont reccomend this place.

Gnocchi's are what they do. With or without cheese, spicy or regular tomato sauce.
The concept is simple & it works. Found the gnocchi a bit tough but still tasty & the sauce good. So for 5-6$ roughly its an amazing deal & comforting. But good luck finding a parking & a place to sit outside to eat.

Delicious, filling, & super cheap gnocchi -- what more can you ask for? This cute, Instagram-famous shop window serves nothing but gnocchi with homemade tomato sauce; you can only get it to-go, & they don't sell anything else (although you can choose to dress it up with cheese &/or red pepper flakes). Although they only make one thing, they do it incredibly well -- the gnocchi is super soft & pillowy, & it's clear that they started as a tomato sauce shop. The sauce is remarkably flavorful, with the right balance of savory, acidic, & very slightly sweet. It's especially tasty with the pepper, although beware that they like to pour a vat full of red pepper flakes on top. It's served in a Chinese take-out container with chopsticks, which is very cute & feels a bit like a clash of cultures.

The staff is super friendly, & it's 100% worth a stop, especially at their price point of $5 for a giant take-out container. They don't have any seating inside, but there are a few benches nearby that you can plop down on.
