Located in an old bank, the architecture is incredible. Staff are friendly & efficient! Pastries are Devine! You will not he disappointed! A must go, if you're in this part of Montreal!
This is beautiful café located inside a building with a magnificent architecture. Their coffee is really good, & their service is fast.
Servers are rude & disrespectful. They charged me for something I never ordered & refused to provide a refund, because I paid using card. & the server used offensive language. I typed this review in the cafe itself that's how disappointed I was.
Very busy cafe, so if u r looking for a quiet time, this will disappoint you. Coffee is alright, & they have many food offering but nothing exceptional. Staff is almost rude, since they don't care to explain things written in French - you might say, oh you are in Quebec - yes, but this also a cafe. Interiors r cool owing to it being an old Bank building, but i am not sure how that translates to charging for ice when ordering an iced espresso - i have nvr had that, across countries, & even in Quebec.
Crew Collective & Café's disappointing drinks are further overshadowed by its inconvenient booking system, additional fees for side booths, & overcrowded atmosphere. Cold Brew: Harsh & acidic, lacking the smooth, mellow flavor expected from a good cold brew, & filled with too much ice. Matcha Lemonade: A total rip-off-overly sweet with an artificial taste, barely noticeable matcha flavor, & lots of ice diluting the drink. The requirement to book side booths & pay additional fees adds unnecessary hassle to the experience, compounded by the over-crowded ambiance. Overall, these drinks are not worth the price, wait, or added inconvenience of an overcrowded environment. Better options are available elsewhere.
Just go... Honestly you will not be disappointed. This building is epic, stunning architecture, gorgeous design. Sympathetically turned into a boutique cafe. With stunning food & fabulous coffee. Great seating to suit all needs, low chairs, desks, sofas... Staff were super friendly & bilingual which helps London born tourists. Thank you for an epic morning, it's so appreciated.
Located in a gorgeous old bank building, this coffee shop is a must see in Montreal. Usually it is very crowded & you have to wait to to find a seat to sip your coffee, but still worth to visit since it is not your ordinary cafe.
I enjoy visiting different coffee shops around the world & I picked this as my first stop in Montreal . Definitely not your usual cafe . The beautiful is beautiful from inside & I was told that it was a bank before. The sitting is quite open so if the cafe is busy , you will end up sharing with others . There are private room to rent which are around 15 dollars an hour or 60 for the day. Coffee was decent but I didn't try any food . You order yourself & collect yourself so there is not much of the service required . I noticed a lot of people were working on their laptops although I think the cafe wants you to keep it moving so other people can sit too. I can recommend it to people who want to visit & experience the ambiance of the place .
Point positif : le cadre Points négatifs : café & service quelconques
Très charmant café !! J'ai adoré mon expérience & j'y retournerai 😇 Bon endroit pour travailler!! 💻
It is amazing place if you like historical places as it was the RBC bank & it really looks very luxury. Regarding the food & drinks it was quite expensive with medium quality. The service was ok but not that great too. I ordered cafe latte with lavender it came very sweet & cold really cold, & when I asked the waitress to warm it for me & make it less sweet she said that she can't warm it but can add some coffee or milk which turn it worse. The smoked salmon also looks good but under expectations in taste.

Very cool atmosphere & unique location to have a café in an old bank!
When I am in town, I enjoy visiting this place. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, & reasonably priced. The cafe staff is efficient & thoughtful, & of course, the location of this establishment is monumentally beautiful. Today I had a Montreal bagel with cream cheese & a latte. If you've never had a Montreal bagel, you must try one. They are easily the best bagels in the world. Treat yourself to a good cup of coffee, a bite to eat, & soak up the unique & truly unforgettable location & atmosphere.
One my favorite cafes in Montreal. If you are a tourist you must come here, read about the history of this place which was the royal bank of canada building, & enjoy the architecture inside, now the cafe has casual seatings & it is always crowded weekdays & weekends but with patience you will eventually secure a place. They also have office rooms with different sizes that you can reserve for a fee, perfect for meetings & presentations. Their coffee is great & pastry too Service is good but expect a line up The only con is that they close early as 4 pm But overall will always be special no matter how many time Ive visited it!
Un endroit a visiter, c'est grandiose, bien plus qu'un simple café.
This cafe in an old bank allows you to explore what can happen when a cafe goes into a bank. They have conference rooms right behind the teller areas where servers can hand over their coffees. It's a beautiful setting.
