Really cool architecture, & good location. Croissants were very good & drinks were good as well. Seemed a bit hyped up for what it was. It's a nice cafe in an interesting old bank but it lacks the charm of some smaller cafes. Overall a very good experience though.
The place is beautiful, but: 1. There was 15 meters line at 9:05 (it opens at 9) I decided not to get food cuz it looked very average 2. Big part of it is co-working space you can't access without reservation 3. The atmosphere was ruined by pop music that just doesn't align with the place & the city (in my opinion) Definitely worth visiting to see the architecture but it'd be nice if they made more room for the cafe & less for co-working
I was so disappointed!! For years I have heard people raving about this place but it's really not up to the hype. As an architecture student, I was very excited to see the interior & I will say that it's worth to go inside just to take a look. However, it seems like it's mostly a place for people to take a break from the heat in the summer rather than have a coffee. The place was absolutely full, there was no place to sit but no one was even drinking anything. It seemed more like they were loitering. It was also very silent, the atmosphere would have been so much better with some light music. The coffee was very expensive. For one maple iced latte with almond milk, it cost me 10$before tip. The size was very close to a size grande at Starbucks. It was definitely not worth that price. Would go back in to see the architecture but won't buy anything next time!
Worth visiting! Extremely busy but I was here for work & we booked a booth for 2 days that cost $100 a day & could easily seat 4 people. Fantastic coffee & the architecture is beautiful! It used to be an old RBC branch that they converted into a cafe!
Beautiful architecture, atmosphere, amazing service, & delicious food & drinks. Lemonade Cold Brew was the favorite
Certainly! Here's a five-star review for Crew Collective & Café: --- **Five Stars** Crew Collective & Café is an absolute gem in the heart of the city. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with stunning architecture & an ambiance that perfectly blends historic charm with modern elegance. The vaulted ceilings & ornate details create a unique atmosphere that's both inspiring & comfortable. The coffee here is top-notch, brewed to perfection by skilled baristas who clearly take pride in their craft. Whether you're in the mood for a classic espresso or a creative latte, the drink menu has something for everyone. Their pastries & light bites are equally impressive, making it a great spot for a quick snack or a leisurely brunch. What truly sets Crew Collective & Café apart, though, is the exceptional service. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, & ready to help with a smile. Whether you're here for a casual coffee, a business meeting, or just to soak in the atmosphere, you'll feel welcomed & well taken care of. In short, Crew Collective & Café is a must-visit destination for coffee lovers, architecture enthusiasts, & anyone looking for a fantastic café experience. I can't recommend it highly enough! ---
Best salmon bagel I have ever eaten. Awe inspiring architecture. The coolest location for a coffee shop I have ever seen. Cold brew was good.
Mediocre Coffee & Pastries, Went for Expresso macchiato & Chai Latte. Worth it for the architecture, can be over crowded which is a bit of an off for me, you can book a private room for a fee of 15$/hr.
Crew Collective & Café is a must-visit spot in Montreal, though it's always packed, so planning ahead is essential. My breakfast experience there was delightful. I tried their Lox Bagel, which was amazing, & paired it with a Macchiato coffee that perfectly complemented the meal. The cost was $25 CAD for breakfast, which is reasonable considering the quality & ambiance. Parking was not too challenging; it's best to check online for parking options beforehand to make your visit smoother. What truly sets Crew Collective & Café apart is its unique atmosphere. Housed inside an old bank, the grand architecture & elegant interiors create an inviting & sophisticated environment. Whether you're there to work, meet friends, or simply enjoy a good meal, the ambiance enhances the overall experience. Overall, Crew Collective & Café offers great food, good coffee, & an unforgettable setting, making it well worth a visit.
Honestly, one of the coolest cafés I've ever been to! Located in an old bank, the architecture is incredible. Staff are friendly & efficient! Pastries are Devine! You will not he disappointed! A must go, if you're in this part of Montreal!
This is beautiful café located inside a building with a magnificent architecture. Their coffee is really good, & their service is fast.
Cet endroit est tellement beau, l'architecture vous donne l'impression d'être dans un musée. très bien situé dans le vieux Montréal.
Just go... Honestly you will not be disappointed. This building is epic, stunning architecture, gorgeous design. Sympathetically turned into a boutique cafe. With stunning food & fabulous coffee. Great seating to suit all needs, low chairs, desks, sofas... Staff were super friendly & bilingual which helps London born tourists. Thank you for an epic morning, it's so appreciated.
Beautiful architecture, great coffee & treats. Such a neat concept for using a historical space.
Un endroit super beau, une architecture fascinante & des fauteuils douillets pour relaxer. C'est un peu cher mais pour une belle sortie on ne compte pas.
A must go for any tourist visiting Montreal, very beautiful architecture & ambiance. However, it's just that. Drinks are a bit overpriced, there's always a long line, half the seating is reserved for paying members, etc. Staff is friendly & still a great place to stop by, but nothing extraordinary.
