Amazing sushi restaurant in Montreal, the fish in the sashimi lover platter was very fresh & melted in the mouth. Also great selection of sushi, each & every single sushi was bursting with flavour & was super well balanced. The best sushi's in Montreal. Service was amazing, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy so you don't feel rushed, staff is super nice & makes great suggestions. My new favorite place, will be back for sure
L'expérience Côba, c'est comme celà qu'on doit décrire nos visites chez Côba. Chaque sushi a son identité, sa petite sauce spéciale, son goût particulier, on est ailleurs. Oubliez les sushis noyés dans la sauce soya, chez Côba vous découvrez vraiment le sushi. L'équipe toute entière est focus & travaille fort pour vous assurer une expérience inoubliable. The sushi will melt in your mouth. By that I mean you can tell they use fresh ingredients & don't use rice that has been made hours ago. I would go back to try their other specialties & makis. The staff also helped us choose what we wanted & made good recommendations. Overall great experience!
Un de mes restaurants préférés à Montréal. On y est toujours bien accueilli & les sushis sont parmi les meilleurs en ville. Idéal pour une date comme pour un gros événement!

Found this place on instagram & my wife & I went for an early dinner & was not disappointed in what we ate. The sushi is so fresh & really well made & so very tasty! Ken welcomed us in & took care of us & we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Coba Sushi & will surely be back!!! Thanks for the amazing dinner experience!!
We didn't really know what to expect but we were very pleased with the generous amounts of delicious fresh sushi in a very nice, comfortable & relaxed atmosphere. With many choices of classic & signature items we had difficulty narrowing it down 😅 but eveything we chose was incredible.
Nous y sommes allés pour Montréal à table & avons adoré la fraîcheur des plats. Les dumplings aux beurre d'arachide étaient déclicieux & le plateau de sushi était super frais. Les sashimis étaient en gros morceaux généreux & sushis étaient originaux. L'ambiance étaient tamisée & agréable. Le service était excellent.
I hesitated between 4 & 5 stars. The location & atmosphere are really nice. The service was fine. My wife lived her cod & soba noodle dish. I had the sushi platter. The tuna sashimi was good, the salmon one was okay. The Maki rolls were fancy but I've had better. We liked the wine that we got.
