Chocolats Favoris est reconnu pour ses crèmes glacées riches enrobées d'une couche de chocolat épaisse et pour sa grande variété de garnitures et de parfums, avec des vitrines bien présentées, des magasins propres et un personnel accueillant selon de nombreux avis; les clients apprécient des enrobages chocolatés généreux et la possibilité d'offrir des cadeaux, ce qui ajoute au charme, mais l'expérience peut être gênée par les foules et les files d'attente, des services parfois chaotiques ou plus lents pendant les heures de pointe, et des prix qui peuvent sembler élevés pour les portions; certains trouvent l'enrobage trop lourd et préfèrent des formats plus petits, et quelques commentaires mentionnent l'absence d'eau demandée, ce qui rappelle que la patience est nécessaire lors des pics d'affluence.
We took Dubai chocolate & it wasn't good.
It has very strong artificial flavor of pistachio, we just took the ice cream inside & throwed out the dubai chocolate pistachio coating.
Maybe we should have had another topping.However, this one wasn't good at all.
This ice cream & dessert shop looks amazing when you walk in! There are tons of different handmade chocolates displayed all over the store from top to bottom - it's really beautiful to see.
I mainly went there for their ice cream, & I tried the dark chocolate flavor, which was really good! However, the wait line was frustrating - I waited around 15 minutes just to get my ice cream. It was also a bit pricey compared to the amount you get, so it felt a little expensive for what it was.
Overall, it's a nice spot to visit for a treat & to check out the chocolates, but be prepared for a wait & slightly higher prices

The ice cream is creamy & decent. The variety of hard shells was unique, but somewhat challenging to eat. Highly recommend a cone over a cup to fully enjoy the experience of the hard shell. There are a variety of toppings flavor choices such as the dulce de leche

We just discovered Chocolats Favoris during our trip to Canada-& we are blown away! This is hands-down the best ice cream we've ever had. The quality, creativity, & flavors are on a completely different level compared to anything we've tried in the U.S. (& we've tried a lot!).
We're honestly so sad that there are no locations in Central Florida. If Chocolats Favoris ever opens here, it will instantly become a huge hit. The market is ready for something fresh & premium like this-especially in a place like Florida where ice cream is a year-round craving.
Your brand has everything it takes to not just survive, but absolutely dominate the U.S. ice cream scene. Please, please consider expanding here-we're ready & waiting! 🍫🍦💥

Obsessed since they had Toronto locations. The best chocolate dipped cone - creamy ice cream coated in a thick shell of chocolate in flavors like dulce de leche & milk chocolate. Trust me - the small/baby/mini are all a good size.
The store is bright, clean, & fun - the surrounding area is a bit depressing.
Staff was super friendly & patient. I just wish they wore gloves.
I visited Chocolat Favoris yesterday to claim my free birthday gift (just had to show my ID on my birthday), & it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly kind & helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in. It would be great if the company offered a warm option for birthdays that fall during the winter months, as a cozy treat would be the perfect way to celebrate in the cold weather! I chose the maple ice cream with a chocolate hazelnut topping . It was delicious! Rich, creamy, & full of flavor, it was the perfect indulgence. I'll definitely be coming back to treat myself again soon! Highly recommend if you're in the mood for something sweet & a great experience overall.

I was only able to choose from the 2 vegan options available, with these being the Pumpkin Spice soft serve & the Pumpkin Spice (Citroullie Epicé) Sorbet soft serve. Since I'm not at all a sorbet fan, I chose the Pumpkin Spice soft serve, & had it enrobed in regular dark chocolate (not the 57% cacao dark chocolate). It was delicious - not too sweet, & the pumpkin spice flavor came through delightfully. One of the best soft serves I've had to date, including the dairy ones I ate before becoming vegan.

First trip to Montreal & to Canada, & the hot chocolate here is definitely one of the highlights of my trip. If you are visiting Canada, you should come to one of their locations!!!! If you are a kind boyfriend, trying to take care of your gal, get her either the ice cream or the hot chocolate! What the other review said was the truth, the ice cream is nothing but a soft serve, but you are here for the chocolate. With a little more money you can even get a cute design. The petite size was honestly too big for two people even. But the flavor of the chocolate is simply amazing. Now I regret not buying their fondue so I can make their hot chocolate at home.

They offer an incredibly wide range of chocolate products, whether you love rich dark chocolate, nut-filled delights, or other flavors, they have it all. & their chocolate products make excellent gifts, unique & delicious.
